Broke a whiskey glass while staying at your hotel and was asked to pay 250 rupees for one glass. I even offered to buy a new glass same as the one I broke, but the guy who was claiming to be the manager was adamant of taking 250 rupees .

Nice and clean rooms. The staff is very helpful and hardworking. Highlight of the hotel are the staff and it's clean rooms.

Service and rooms are good. May improve the breakfast facility

Everything except the complimentary breakfast is ok, if we ignore how much the room tarriff is. The same complimentary breakfast menu everyday is just annoying. And the food is just so expensive. It just doesn't make sense. 350rs for roti sabzi is just daylight robbery. Also the bathroom shower doesn't work.
