Serene Park- A Boutique Resort

Peaceful ambience, helpful staff, good food and neat and clean rooms. Have been to Jorhat so many times, stayed in multiple hotels but this one is so far the best one. The staff and management especially are very professional and eager to help. Most recommended

Room is moderate but the service is excellent also the manger NAYAN he's a good guy he tried his best to give an excellent service. It has a good atmosphere there i recommend staying in this place

The property is good, the mismanagement from staff gave us a bitter experience, first day we were not given breakfast which was included in the booking charges even after reminding them several times, also we were made to pay fine for the thing which was not even clear that we have done or not. The location is good, rooms are ok ok, but be cautious about the malpractices.

It's a lovely property - but sadly the staff is utterly untrained. The dysfunction of the place made our stay far less enjoyable than it could have been. For example: we had to beg for normal towels to be provided, only to find that after we received them, they had later been removed again from our room, in our absence; we unsuccessfully asked for toilet paper for three days; toiletries that were on hand for some reason were never given, until we took them ourselves; the one breakfast we had was terribly overpriced. Again - the staff is very kind but needs training very badly.

The resort stay was fantastic! Everything from the accommodations to the amenities exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would definitely recommend for a rejuvenating getaway!

Very bad experience, not a single service is provided. Even the location is very far and very unhealthy. And no food service is there They don't even inform us about this . Very bad experience. Kindly look at other hotels to stay. For transportation and food.

1. Hospitality of staff is beyond imagination. 2. The place is so serene n prestine 3. Food is excellent. 4. Rooms are spacious n well maintained I feel like spending at least one week only in the hotel n its surroundings.

Very bad experience, they call us take order for dinner and we order chicken curry and tawa nan, and bowl of rice. You can't believe what we received. I uploaded some pics..and for breakfast you have only one option Paratha ( plan or Alo)
