OYO 48709 Hotel Bhagwani Palace

There is no hotel and the name is misleading: a real hotel "Bhagwani Palace" is 350 m east of here, also on Trunk Road and correctly marked on Google maps

We stayed here for three nights. The place is located in a busy market area. In fact, the hotel is located in one of the commercial buildings. Parking is not an issue in the early mornings and late evenings but extremely difficult in the day time. The rooms were good, well maintained. The staff were good and polite. But the day begins quite late in Jorhat. So don't expect early morning breakfast. The food was good, vegetarian and quite reasonably priced. One issue, however, was cockroaches. This was not an issue for us, but I suppose this could be a deal-breaker for some. There were some areas in the dining room where this problem was more, and the hotel staff readily agreed about the issue. So i guess, they would be addressing this. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable, budget stay.

Best for long travellers. Clean rooms, clean toilets, they give you detergents to wash clothes in case along with other free toiletries as free. Good Wifi and kind staffs. For travellers and hippies travelling to Majuli stay here a night and you will definitely will have a nice time. AC rooms costed 1600 but in Jorhat we will think why they charge so much but when the first in class service comes in place, You won't think about the penny spent.

Do not visit this hotel!! It was a terrible visit. We got a shocking room at a very expensive and unjustified price. The staff was inattentive and uncaring. We stayed at the hotel because it was late and we agreed to the exorbitant price. The floor stank of cigarettes, there were many ants in the room, there was mold. In short, do not approach!!

Hotel located in very crowded building. But once you go 4th floor reception you feel good. Rooms are well decorated but linens ( bed sheet, towel etc) wore not clean. Very limited food items are available.Room service is okay, toilets are clean with hot water.

Very bad behaviour of Bar manager.I don't know why owner have kept his job.I think he has drunk when give the service.his language is very bad also their personality.nonsense talking

Rooms and bathroom are super clean. But they make customer confuse for room. For same room they billing extra chrg for extra 2nd person. For same they charge 1st time 1800 and 2nd time 2000

Worst hotel ever seen.. plzz don't visit guys .. no locks in the room.. no one is there in reception no phone nothing ....n staffs are so unprofessional...no words for them... Only one thing for everybody plzz dont stay in this hotel...worst , worst , worst hotel ..
