Hotel Spark is a good hotel at the heart of the city Jorhat. It is located at Nirmal Chariali. The staff are all good in behaviour and service. Lifts are present. The food is so delicious. Nice hotel

Very bad rooms and their services. They charged a very high amount as per their rooms. Please check the room before you stay. The best hotel I found here in Jorhat is "G K Palace".

It was a little expensive but room was nice and comfy and bathroom was oka it just need a color renovation else everything was fine. Staffs are respectful and the receptionist as well.

Very Good hotel situated at Heart of the town. I stayed here for 3 nights in Executive room. All rooms are installed with A/c and hot water. CC cameras are also installed. My room was all equipped with A/c, TV, two sided open windows, small refrigerator, sofa set, chair, dressing room and big bathroom. Restaurant is not there but they provide room service with good quality and tasty food but price is on higher side. Receptionist and staff are very polite and helpful. They help me through out the stay from booking car to tempo and arranging everything according my need. All room arrangements looks old otherwise it deserve five star. Room tariff is good, they can arrange according to your need and budget.

One of the hotel guys should learn how to behave with customer. Hospitality is the main thumb rule for hotel business. But this young guy should learn this lesson. He argue with me regarding billing issue. Rooms are very good. Budget friendly

Nice Location. Parking available. Main problem is Lift. Lift is semi automatic and by some logic doesn't reach Basement.In case you have heavy luggage, be ready to pick it self. Bathrooms bulbs need more wattage lights

A decent hotel with well behaved staff. The room service is excellent. The quality of food served was good enough. However for single guests it's too much & there is no option for half plates . Some of the room service boys are not familiar with languages other than Assamese. But anyhow they try to figure out n serve with a smile.

Hellest experience ever had as a guest in hotel. Specially their behaviour. That old person sitting in the reception is unconditionally ruthless. He's pretending like no one is great except him. Lack of manners. He Don't know how to behave. Neither their rooms are clean nor their thinking. I just want you suggest one thing that you should learn how to behave with your customers.
