Hotel Leema

So, worst seriously... waiting since so long like almost 1 hr for them to bring our order but no .....they are busy with special treatment reference. Worst place please refrain yourself from visiting if you are hungry. Don't come.

Disappointing Experience at [Hotel leema] Rating: 1/5 I recently went to Hotel leema and was thoroughly disappointed with the food service. Yesterday, I was served stale sabji (vegetables) that were clearly leftover from the previous day. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they refused to change it or offer a fresh alternative and also it was smelling To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the subpar meal, I was denied. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction and quality of food is appalling. *Issues:* 1. Stale and leftover food served 2. Unwillingness to change or replace food 3. No refund offered *Recommendation:* Until hotel leema improves their food quality and customer service, i would advise others to think twice before ordering food *Room for Improvement:* 1. Freshness and quality of food 2. Staff responsiveness to customer concerns 3. Refund policies

Here you can stay and eat food, sweets, snacks etc. At first you have to pay and get the order at your table.

Absolutely rubbish hotel, poor quality food with high price,so called modern restaurant but poor staff behaviour, hygiene issue. We have ordered two plates of puri which contain 3 puri ,small amounts of spicy chutney,a little curd and motor curry but the motor curry is full of potato and no extra sabji given but we have paid 100 rs for the two plates puri.

I had tiffin here, egg chawmin (full- Rs140/-) & dahi Vara(single Rs30) Taste is good.

In durga puja busy days service was very bad. Food quality are not good

Well they say they r not associated with OYO so make sure. Single room 1 person 370Rs. The single rooms are a lil old but as clean as a old room can get. Its only 370rs so No attached geyser, hot water provided 1 bucket complimentary, more chargeable. Staff very nice and friendly ..has restraunt below Great location near bus stand and market
