Hotel Bliss

Right from check-in to check-out, the experience of all of us, a big group friends and family, was great. We didn't have a single instance of dissatisfaction. Every staff had permanent smile and happy - to - serve attitude. The kitchen and the service at the dining area, needs a special mention and a big thanks to them. Tasty food, be it veg or nonveg, was served with utmost professionalism. Special thanks to the kitchen team. Thank you Hotel Bliss for extending such hospitality for six days.

Good. They have rooftop facilities. Price of the food is little bit on higher side. Located in good place rajamaidam, easy to find.

Nice room, excellent food and good staff behaviour and service. We stayed there for 3 nights and our experience was very good.

All the crews & staffs were very courteous and on their toes. The Restaurant staffs and the House-keeping team in special were excellent. Even the Reception were very courteous and amiable.

Total scam. We booked through booking but when we got to the hotel they told us there is a "formality issue" and can't host foreigners. We were told not to worry as they would book another hotel for us. I repeatedly asked which hotel it would be and when they finally disclosed the name, it turned out it was much cheaper, but they insisted it was "the same tariff as Bliss" which it clearly wasn't, it was 50% cheaper. In the end we opted to book this other hotel online. Thgen the manager told us he would arrange someone to take us there but they wouldn't provide the transfer for free... they would charge 500rp for a 1km ride. We ended up exiting the hotel and getting a ride for 100Rp. Total scam:|a) did not respect the booking|b) did not want to reimburse the difference|c) did not offer free transport at least as it was their fault|d) the transfer option they charged us was 5X the going rate we found

Very good hotel, food is delicious. Room are very clean and comfortable.

Stay was good and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Miss Barsha was very helpful and courteous.
