Here room are not so dirty but the hair dryer was not working and the seat are bending service is ok

No room service available Room are dirty, bed have stains The blanket smells no hot water and they are charging 4000/- per night They know to that room number 207 don't have a poper water supply and basin still they offered us that in the night in the name of extra bed they gave a piece of foam

I booked a room for 6 of my family members for a day over the counter for 2500! After confirming payment they didn't provide an extra mattress which we asked for. They initially told us that they will charge an extra 500 for the mattress, on agreeing they further said that not more than 5 people are allowed in a room. If that was the case then they should have told us at the beginning. We could have searched a better place with minimum comfort.

Totally Value for money , staff behaviour is very professional and welcoming. Rooms are clean, decent and room service is remarkable too. Food is on the costlier side but thats not a concern as the hotel allows food from outside if needed. Breakfast is provided complimentary as well, parking space is quite decent as well.

I really loved the cleanliness and the way the staffs are being trained. Especially I really like the Manager of this Hotel for being a responsible and professional person willing to take up every responsibility with ease and perfection. Finally my 9 days stay has come to an end. I'm taking nothing but memo from here. Thank you once again .

Stayed for 4 days here. Rooms have proper furnishing, and the food is tasty, although quite costly. Room service is slow. Hotel staff are courteous and well mannered. Hotel is couple friendly and has ample parking space.

Rooms were not maintained clean. We were in the 2nd floor and lift stopped working the first day and no effort was made to repair it. We had to climb up the stairs many time.. Which was so unprofessional of them. Food was average, yet very pricy.
