HOTEL OM GRAND

Cancelation policy is very worst. They wont take any cancelation charge and will charge full night rent instead. Very greedy practices. Also rooms are overpriced. There is no document of any kind regarding price and other rules like cancelation policies, etc. Staff is also rude regarding such matters. Do not recommend at all to anyone.

Rooms are clean Staff behavior very good Two carb parkings space available at first come first to be served. A large room would cost 2000/- Fooding not available but Pinki hotel at side of the hotel can serve good food.

Well on a visit to Hojai, need to take a hotel with parking space, and Om grande has 2 parking spots which I luckily got. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff at reception is well helpful. Overall rating 4/5

Not at all satisfied. The rooms are clean but the services are not good. We checked in at 9 pm and the next morning at around 1 pm we were asked to pay 2 night charge though we booked for single night because we had to leave Hojai by 7 30 pm....

Rooms are clean and spacious, with Lift facility . The owner has invested a lot in unnecessary beautification instead it could have been used in proper plumbing and furnishings inside bathrooms, and sound proof windows. Still for a developing place like Hojai its a nice stay. Hope to see more facilities in years to come. My best wishes .

Clean Cozy rooms with all the amenities . restaurant and market very nearby.

Located just behind the railway station at walkable distance. Can be seen from the railway platform itself. Neat and clean rooms with lift and restaurant room service. Nice staff. Affordable price. Very near to market atm and restaurants. Recommended.

those out there rating more than 2 are people itself from HOTEL OM GRAND. and the ones rates 1 star are possibly the real guys who actually have spent time on OM GRAND. My life's worst hotel and probably would be everyones worst hotel if you have been there. 1. You book your hotel at a price and then after you go there parking your car on a roadside about 800m away from hotel all u get to hear is we are not booking online and u can book the same room by paying 1000 + you have paid and when u talk to Oyo agent the hotel receptionists would still stick to his words and ask you to go for refund or take the room at their price. 2. Now when u take the room by agreeing to pay the same amount they are asking for just because u ar tired and u have travelled a long distance and because it is just for 1night they give you rooms from 4th floor and guess how was the room? Fungus all around. Bedsheet feels like to carry a dead person and ambience of the room is masaallah!! 3. I came down and asked the boy whether this is the room I am paying for? I asked him to refund my money, I will look for some other hotel. Then one of the guy suggested me to take deluxe room which is 3times costlier and paying 3000+ which is nearly equal to some top rated hotels. 4. When I refused to stay in the hotel they gave me a better room on 1st floor which was quite better than the last room but OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WORST - ROOM IS SMELL BATHROOM IS WORST CAN NORMAL PUBLIC TOILETS NEVER VISIT ON OM GRAND -- ME AND MY WHOLE TEAM MEMBERS WHO WENT TO THIS HOTEL HAD OUR WORST MEMORIES.
