HOTEL EXECUTIVE INN - HOTEL IN HAILAKANDI

The reason I have rated this hotel two stars is that it is the only decent accommodation in the area. We arrived at 4:30 PM, completely exhausted, with no other viable options. When we requested affordable rooms under Rs. 2000, the manager informed us that the entire hotel was booked and only deluxe rooms were available. We needed two rooms and observed that only two or three rooms were occupied, with the rest vacant. However, the manager insisted that deluxe rooms were our only option, leaving us with no choice but to book them. Additionally, breakfast was not complimentary, and we were charged Rs. 100 per person. Both this approach felt opportunistic and unaccommodating. As for the service, it was poor. During dinner, they provided only three plates for four people, and by the time the fourth plate arrived, we had already finished eating. The restaurant service was also lacking. The following day, we ordered food to be prepared and served at the restaurant, but it took over an hour to prepare plain rice and chicken, despite the restaurant not being busy. The staff seemed understaffed, with only one waitress or manager available. Basic amenities, such as water bottles or glasses, were not proactively provided, and we had to ask for them repeatedly.

The location is good. The entrance is a bit confusing. The rooms are not that large nor have all the amenities inside the room. The food is good but there is a scope of improvement in the taste of some foods. No lift facility. The front desk is not so advanced but they are always trying to help you with their utmost efforts. One thing is they do have free wi-fi but you'll not be able to get the internet access with their wi-fi. Overall it's a good, quiet hotel for stay.

Paid around 2500Rs for single AC room, wifi not working, no outside ventilation inside the room very small in size as per price, No complementary BF provided, very narrow space corridor... Accordingly to the paid not worth hotel

Hotel location is easily accessible...Situated in Hailakandi....hotel staffs are polite in nature...good,keep it up!!!Area of car parking is limited...interiors are good..room rent is reasonable.. .food quality is not so good..food price is also reasonable.. .room and toilet are cleaned...you can enjoy is stay here definately ...overall good, comfortable stay..You can stay here.....

Behaviour of the staff is not cordial. I had been at this hotel on 8th February/24.I am greatly shocked on the observation made by one of the guests approached this hotel with his wife, who narrated his bitter experience about the unfriendly behaviour of the hotel staff, who did not allowed the guest to stay in the hotel with his wife. For the information of the management of the hotel I would like to mention here that Sec 497-A (adultery) has now already been abolished. Now, any adult couple whether they may be married or unmarried according to their wish can stay in any hotel or lodge, either hotel staff or police cannot question about their legality on whether they are husband -wife or not. Now hotel staff should marginalized their behaviour with guests and make their knowledge updated about the laws prevalent in the country.

Don't go with family if you are married that district otherwise go with marriage certificate because receptionist boy not to stay you even you both show you adhar voter or job I'd card lasty we showed him marriage pics but rascal not provided me to stay there I booked through agoda aap one deluxe room of 15 mtr sq feet rs 1979 but he provides me only to stay me a small room That time I could not cancel my room because I already paid even he didn't give a single room for my wife having so narrow mind lastly I booked another hotel for my wife . This is my worst experience and we are totally disappointed from my experience don't go with family or with couple.

Hotel is with luxury rooms and very well maintained and clean. Service is very excellent. Amount is really really so cheap for such as a luxury staying in a hotel. Hotel is located in the heart of the hailakandi city. Specially i wants to suggest that anyone went to hailakndi i vl say this is the perfect hotel for u in the area for sure bcs good than other hotels in the area.Thank you for your all good services. I really appretiate with your service and warm behaviour. You people are to good. Keep on doing.Thank you
