Nothao Lodge

I have booked room on 11th November 2024 for 14th and 15th December 2024 and they have asked to pay some amount as advance payment and i paid 500 but due to some circumstances i have cancelled the booking on 4th December and asked them to refund the money to me but its already 10 days passed and even after continuous reminder they didn't refund the money and giving excuse as they are busy which is not at all acceptable.

Nothao Lodge was an exceptional stay! The serene ambiance and scenic views made it an ideal retreat. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated with a cozy vibe. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast was a treat, featuring fresh, local dishes that were a great start to each day. Although the Wi-Fi was occasionally slow, it encouraged me to embrace the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend for a relaxing and refreshing escape!

I am a tourist taxi driver from Assam Guwahati... Yesterday I stayed at Nathao Lodge with my customer. However, the hotel staff did not provide any driver facility. Infect driver dormitory room is not available in this hotel and any kind of food is not provided by them So all my tourist taxi driver friends do not book this hotel and do not recommend customers to stay in this hotel. And maybe yesterday the hotel manager is totally drunk

Nothao is one of the finest place to stay at Haflong. It is situated 400 mtr from market area. We stayed for 20 nights and experienced a great ambience. Our plan is to go for local sightseeing on first day of the trip but we feel to experience the beauty of Nothao after reaching there. Such a lovely place it was. Now comes to food- we do not feel that we are away from our home, it was tasteful. Rooms we took AC and a single Non AC too- all electrical parts were operational and maintained cleanliness and it was spacious too. About price of room and food was reasonable for hill station. I would like to write about the manager, Mr. Sanjay Barman- He was very friendly in nature and a lovely person, the housekeepers and service boys- very helpful and responsable.|Lastly I would like to mention some points to improve-|1. Kitchen and service need to be fast to cope up the customer's order.|2. A DG set need to be install, if there is powercut than atleast fan should be there to operate.|Thank you for the everything Nathao.

Customer servicevus very worst. No one is there to attend your problems. Food price is too high and minimum order delivery time is 2 hrs. Lights are not working properly, Geaser also out of order. We searched for staff from 3pm to 11pm, but not a single staff was present, we were left alone inside the hotel premises

I stayed in this lodge. Location is good..ambience is also nice and food is average. AC works fine though you don't need AC in Haflong.
