Nhoshring Guest House

Unhygienic, poorly maintained rooms. Broken bathroom door knob. They didn't even provide any maintenance or discount for this incovenience. Pillows were not washed, too dirty. Although pillow cover was fine. Overpriced food. AC didn't work for most of the time.

We visited the guest house on 15th April 2025 as a group of 10 people and took 4 rooms.The location and the lust green ambience of the guest house are big plus. However, the rooms are poorly maintained . ( Eg: Toilet seat of our room 105 was broken.) There were small small issues with all the rooms we took. But that was managable The service was a big let down. The waiting time even for a cup of tea is 20/30 minutes( Added sugar when we wanted no sugar in tea). The quality was also not upto the mark. Also the attitude of the staff were very unwarm and unwelcoming. Overall, not very happy with our stay.

The ground floor room 101 seems filthy and dark with broken switches doesn't seem to be of Rs1800/- rent . The bedsheets are torn. The bathroom is under the staircase and looks dirty. The new building rooms 109 and 110 are new rooms and these are good to stay. The food was not good. No electric kettle available.

I stayed at this lovely place for three nights and enjoyed very one. The guesthouse is close to the market area and city center, the sheets and towels were clean, the shower was hot and most importantly the staff was excellent. My meals were delicious and generous. All the staff were very courteous and pleasant. Hema, the manager, and the owner, Mr. Hagjar , helped me immensely. I would highly recommend this guesthouse when visiting Haflong.

We really enjoyed our stay ! The room 105 was spacious, neat and clean ! However, food could have been a little better.

Really Nice place affordable price staff behaviour is too good food is also good. So overall it's a good place to stay.

The Guest house is at the premier location of Halflong. The host was cordial and helpful. Catering services should be improved. Food quality is not at par with the value.

We stay there for 2night/3days. Evry thing is good , the owner is and the manager is good, but the cooking chef is just pathetic, he acts like he is the owner, he use slang language with us. So be careful
