Vivanta Guwahati

Recently, I visited Vivanta by Taj in Guwahati for their lunch buffet, and it was a wonderful experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, ranging from North Indian to Chinese cuisines. There were plenty of vegetarian options too, along with a great spread of starters. I especially enjoyed the chaat section, featuring delicious items like dahi bhalla and papdi chaat. The dessert counter was impressive as well, with lots of options, including ice creams -- a perfect treat for the summer heat. The property itself is beautiful, with elegant architecture and a well-maintained layout. Although I didn't stay at the hotel, the overall look and feel suggest that the rooms would be spacious and comfortable. Vivanta also offers a small swimming pool and various halls suitable for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Overall, I loved the food, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was good. It's definitely a place worth visiting, whether for a nice meal or a special occasion.

The checkin process was smooth. The food is yummy but limited options although excellent services and gratitude expressed by survajeet,mithesh and Biswajit :) they are really helpful and polite. Our dinner was awesome and Thankyou so much for great happy services .

Wonderful hospitality experience. Thank you especially Biswajit and Surjit for exceptional service. The Aura is beautiful. Food is delicious. Recommend 10/10 for authentic food and family friendly. Kudos to all Taj Vivanta Staff.

Pros: Good rooms. Appreciate the Glass water bottle. Bathroom is okayish. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Overall a nice and quiet hotel with good secluded swimming pool. Cons: The staff was careless. None came forward to help me with suitcases while leaving the hotel. Seems they help only while checking in.

Biswajit and krishna were very humble and sweet. Got a good hospitality from them , the services were very nice . Great staff and talking about the stay overall i liked it! Every staff memeber here is kind and humble ! I've been here twice and the experience is nice.

A very well maintained hotel and service was really exceptional. Special thanks to Mr Surojit and Mr Biswajit for helping me with my solutions of the queries I had.|Hoping to keep visiting the hotel in coming future as well.|Cheers to the whole hotel team. Keep up the good work.

Breakfast was good, room was decent but the service was poor, particularly receptionists which is an irony as the hotel should put their best staffs at the reception. Definitely not 5 level, Novotel service was way better where we stayed a week earlier.
