Treebo Tryst Grand Bhabendra Alay

This is a joke in the name of 3 star hotel. The price they are charging doesn't justify their rooms and service at all. There true pricing for a standard room should 2000 but it is around 3500. Rooms are very old.. shower is broken and it was leaking. Hotel definitely needs a makeover. There are no simple things in this so called 3 star hotel like: Iron, laundry and so on. Only thing which i liked was the dining area. Dining area staff were also very professional and very helpful. My advice to the management either renovate the hotel or lower the price will be better.

I attended my nephew Prish's Annaprashan ceremony at Bhabendra Alay Hotel. The hotel was decent with simple arrangements. The parking space was available but not very spacious. Overall, a good place for small gatherings.

The rooms are okay.The food items which I ordered for high tea is not available as the kitchen staff is busy preparing for the wedding party.Didn't expect such service from the hotel as after driving for nearly 6 hours was really exhausted.The food items for the breakfast was limited.Not much choice.

I recently organized my daughter's wedding at Grand Bhabendralay, Guwahati. We are from Mumbai organising wedding event at Guwahati, I was very concerned about managing far distant event. However the help and support extended by Mr. Kushal Tumung ji was simply superb and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The hotel management exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly supportive, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food served during the pre-wedding events and the wedding dinner was exceptional. Every dish was delicious and appreciated by all our guests. The attention to detail in the presentation and taste was commendable. Special thanks to Chef. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel and were very impressed with the overall hospitality and arrangements. The security falsely says that parking is full so that maximum people first park roadside which worsens the already congested road. Besides guests have to park kilometres away and walk to the venue. Of course the security guards must have been instructed to do that by their managers. What a harassment!

At the price I will rate this place 5 star. It is a small property but clean with all necessary amenities. Staff behaviour is good and inviting. Most food items are good to taste during my stay. Things that can be improved. AC performance can be improved and water pressure in rest room can be monitored.

There are few reasons for giving 3 star rating to this treebo tryst grand bhabendra hotel. The location of this hotel is very far nearly 23 kms from the main city point paltan bazar area which is the main business point of the city. The entrance of the hotel is from the backside of the building. Rooms are standard. Amenities are also standard. Rooms are also neat and clean but in one pillow and in toilet I found women's long hair. The room temperature control key was not working. It was standard 23deg. I called room service and asked to change the temperature, they did, in digital display shown that temperature is changed but after few times it remained same. The intercom was not functioning properly. It was working but there was always a buzy noise that you could not hear anything. Now coming to the point of food quality and service. 60% foods mentioned in the menu card are not available. The items mentioned in the menu card are quite a long list but whenever I tried to order I got very polite and smiling reply that sorry sir this is not available please order something else. But one thing I should admit that whatever foods was available I ordered the taste were really good.

We hosted our son's 2nd birthday party here and we are very happy with the services they provided to us.The banquet hall is also very beautiful and spacious too. The manger of the banquet hall is a very nice person and he understand all our requirements and deliver exactly what we needed. Also all the staffs are very attractive, polite and helpful to us. Overall we are very happy hosting a party in this place.
