Extremely Disappointed - Standards Have Dropped Drastically This is my 4th time staying at this hotel, and I used to be a loyal guest because the rooms and service were excellent. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been nothing short of disappointing. Upon check-in, I was given a shabby, poorly maintained room with roaches inside. To make matters worse, there has been no water for over 30 minutes. After a long journey, I was looking forward to getting fresh and relaxing, but instead, I've been left waiting with no assistance or urgency from the staff. The service has become unprofessional and careless. Despite repeated requests, no one seems to be bothered or responsive. This is not the level of hospitality one expects, especially from a place I used to recommend. Definitely reconsidering my future stays here.

Overall it was a fine experience, but i faced a huge electricity cut throughout my stay due to which AC was inoperative, rooms were tidy and nice, cleaning was also good, additional food that i ordered from their restaurant was quite nice, but the morning breakfast was the worst, i mean there was a single person that too irresponsive, you can not expect good breakfast, but yes if you're paying for your food, you'll definitely get the good one.

We booked two rooms . Rooms were much expensive in terms of size and service provided by them. Rooms were untidy too. Food was tasteless, Wi-Fi was not working. Treebo should not include this type of hotel else people will start rejecting Treebo soon. We reserved two rooms for four nights but we had to move to another hotel owing to electricity problem which was happened only in our two rooms. It was not understandable. It felt like a drama which was being performed to give the rooms to someone else.

The Rooms are arranged ao hygienically within a limited price with a proper service. The Complimentary Breakfast is awesome which provides proper menu with snacks, Juice, Tea and Coffee. Awesome experience holding nights in the Hotel

Great experience. One of the best hotels of the area. Rooms, services and staffs all best. And staffs were too helpful. Highly recommended.

washrooms are stinky, no laundry available in rooms, for basic requirements of dental kit ,soap have to call 5 to 6 times. and complimentary just fake .it finished in between eating ,it tast worst thing the person can eat. plz save your money .stay some where else

The poorest hotel i ever stayed. Even basic amenities they dont provide, faucets does not work property. In the name of compliment breakfast, its a joke. Foods are pathetic. I dont know who and how given this 4.5 rating. Would never come back here.

Worst experience ever. Electricity failures frequently and no attempt to fix the same. At the middle of night, electricity at our room went off and on complaining they said they cant do anything. If you dont want to experience inconvenience at its height, then please dont go to this hotel.
