"Terrible experience! The room was nothing like the photos online--dirty sheets, unclean washroom, and a foul smell throughout. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Basic amenities like towels and toiletries were missing, and the AC didn't work properly. This was not worth the price at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here!" Waste money

Warning: The worst hotel I have ever being. Unclean room and washroom. Service was minimal. They didn't even show me to the room. Beer bottle was there when I came in by the side of the bed. Wait that's not the worst, bedsheet and towel were old and dirty. Wait that's still not the worst, the bed was heavily infested with bedbugs I can't even stay in the bed for 10 minutes. I complain and request to provide new room. But they refused. Had to sleep on the floor with pillow and towel in a corner.

It was a nightmare to stay in this Property I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Bed linens were not clean it was smelling full of bed bugs could not sleep at all as the bed bugs were all over the curtains,bed , floor. Room is so unhygienic no towel and soap asked me to pay extra 200 for which I don't mind if it was clean Please don't stay in this property it's literally the worse property We call up the manager but didn't get proper response when I asked him to change the room he said it's not possible now at night After that he switched off his phone he is very shameless he asked for my phone during checkout so that he can give rating on the Oyo app . Please don't ever stay in this property

Service was not good, food was okay type also rooms are not cleaned and hygienic. Worst experience I ever had.

Fortunately or unfortunately I have been given the same room in two occasions in two years. I felt cheated when they took my phone pretentiously and gave themselves 5 !!! I think that's how they get high rating! The washroom is dirty and the room has smell and infected with fungus!! I felt suffocated. I stayed for 3 days. As I went to Guwahati for some work I had to sleep only at night and during daytime I had to travel a lot of places. But I don't think I will stay again in their hotel. Oyo should check quality. I have had very good experience in other cities like kolkata, hyderabad... Etc but here in Guwahati I had a terrible experience. I'm writing this to warn other customers... Hope they correct their conduct and improve service in the future.

I visited this Hotel for many times but now they don't maintain hygiene of bed. I could not sleep at night as so many small insects came out from inside bed to bedsheet and caused itching of body. I request to the authorities to maintain proper hygiene of bed and keep away all the insects by spraying some medicines . Otherwise I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not visit anymore.

Worst experience of my life till date. Price is reasonable. Not suitable at all for family stay. Highly recommended for singles to stay at a reasonable price. I would advice everyone to check the rooms and AC functioning before paying at the counter. For those booking online bhagwan he malik hai. Thankyou.
