SPOT ON Hotel River View

Disgusting hotel, really bad staff Rooms are filthy and over charging non locals. They'll force you to pay if you don't stay

Rooms are not good broken windows no tv no room service. I will not recommended to stay. Oyo must check the hotel from their end.remove from their list

Disaster Stay at Flagship Hotel River View Absolutely horrendous experience! This place is a complete dump. The room was filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I'm disgusted. The AC was broken, making the room unbearably hot. We had to pay an extra 400 rupees to stay there as we were new there we paid , which is ridiculous. The staff was unhelpful and couldn't care less about our complaints. Avoid this place at all costs! Save yourself the trouble and money. The room was a filthy mess, like someone had just walked out without a care in the world.The staff? Don't even get me started. They were as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Trust me, you're better off sleeping on the street than staying here. Avoid at all costs!

Wrost experience ever,room condition is very bad, employee doesn't talk nicely.They are very rude.

Hotel staff Oyo booking not accepting and demanding extra amount and he took it then allot me room. And 1st day he took me 100 rupees extra and 2nd day booking charges he took 500 rupees extra in personal account. I will try to complain Oyo customer care but they can't support me.

If you love and value your life, time and money then kindly don't ever think to visit the place they will fool you in the name of air-conditioned room and give you suffocating rooms also none of their ACs will work plus the manager and staff behaviour is also so rude they are such a liar that you will have nothing left then to billingsgate them and that too won't have any effect on them. I booked a room in this hotel from OYO neither OYO helped, gave refund nor the management of the hotel did anything for Me.

This is the worst of all hotels I have known in my life. Rooms are old, dirty, station bathroom is better than this.. water drops all time in bathroom . There is no good service... It is difficult to find the hotel. There is no large sign board here.. I booked using mmt and paid the total amount. Even after that they charged me an extra 500 amount... They don't think about your condition...

This is the worst place to stay. First of all, this place doesn't accept OYO online booking and asks to book offline again at a very high cost. The app showed me 750 ruppes, whereas the hotel asked me 2000. No facility. Even the bed was smelling and seemed never washed. Poor door locking. Everything was very bad. In addition, the receptionist was asking for extra money for himself.
