Room condition is sood bad, lights broken, No cleaness done regularly, door lock not working properly, tv not working, But the charges they charge for luxurious room, after complain no response from hotel management side. The worst hotel they are running in the guwahati city.

It was good experience....but the service is little slow.. Staff's are good and friendly...

Recon just opposite to hotel palace Guwahati. It was nice to enjoy with friends and families. It was join pack of room and resturant. If you feel to resturant you can . But way of managers communication not good as per my experience. From my experience human behaviour is most important to relationship.

Rooms are not so good. AC not working. They caused a dent to my car and they never informed me or apologized about it. When we order breakfast we feel as if we are asking for free food, The staff managing the kitchen is full of attitude.

I have got a single luxury AC roomat a great discount through MakeMyTrip. But it wasn't a single room,it was a double room. It is a great hotel i think. People are polite and friendly. The rooms are of great size with great beds. Rooms along with bathrooms are very clean. Bedsheets,towels blankets everything were neat and clean. Moreover its location is also very great. I am only giving this 4 star only because it doesn't have an lift. So if you have old people with you then its not suitable. Its an old hotel but well maintained. If you doesn't have a problem with the lift then you'll not find any drawbacks i think. So overall a great hotel without lift.
