Decent and new hotel with neat and clean rooms. Check in and check out was smooth. Food quality and service is amazing. Food taste in-room dining esp. dessert items are awesome. Breakfast spread is good. Location is central and well connected. Overall a great stay here !

Wonderful Stay at Ratnamouli Palace, Guwahati We had a fantastic experience at Ratnamouli Palace. From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, neat, and very well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. They even provided us with an iron promptly when we requested it. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness. We had an early morning visit to the Kamakhya Temple and were leaving by 7 AM. The hotel staff prepared separate breakfast packets for us, each including fresh fruits, a sandwich, and a bottle of water. This gesture really touched us and made our morning that much easier. The staff throughout the hotel were extraordinary--polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The location was another plus, situated conveniently in the market area, which made getting around quite easy. Overall, Ratnamouli Palace exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guwahati!

The clean food provided during our stay was exceptional, featuring fresh ingredients and a variety of flavorful dishes. I truly loved my time there, as the meals not only delighted my palate but also aligned with my health-conscious lifestyle. The overall experience was enjoyable and memorable.

Very descent hotel with super rooms. Hygiene is maintained. They have 2 restaurants. Food quality is superb. We tried North Indian and Assamese food and both were good. They have a LIDO bar where there is happy hours going on till 10 pm. A small pool is located near the bar. Definitely staying here on my next visit.

I had booked the banquet hall for a small function and have been totally satisfied with the service provided. The hall is big , a separate hall for food, the food is incredible, the staff is courteous . Special thanks to Mr Jagdish for his support and round the clock availability for any issues. If looking to host a function In Guwahati, there is no better place than this.

The Hotel ambience is very clean and cozy. Staffs were very caring and cordial. Rooms were clean, food was good and room service was great. The conference hall was comfortable and well equipped with Audio Visual aids. I was travelling with an infant and I really appreciate the care and support given by the staff. Keep up the good works. However, I have one suggestion to the Hotel management. That is to kindly keep one or two high chairs for babies at the restaurant like other high end restaurants. It will be very convenient for young parents to dine with their young children. Hope I can have this amenity in the next visit.

A gem in an area surrounded by hustle and bustle of a very crowded and traffic heavy area. This is a 5* hotel with great staff, service, and resturant. Overpass being built on the main road, so may take a bit of time - but no major difficulty in reaching the hotel. As with most hotels in NE India, Wi-Fi an issue so best to use cellular.
