Rains Inn

Hotel is basic, actual rooms are bit different then photos . It was nice but basic 2 issues. Beds are too stiff for good night sleep and there is cigarette smell in all rooms

I don't know about the rooms but the service of this hotel is the worst. The guy at the reception told me if I book online I have to wait till 12pm even if rooms are available but if you book offline you will get the room without waiting. Not making any sense. I reached the hotel at 9am but the reception guy gave me no option but to go for other hotel. Improve your service Rains Inn.

Whenever I m coming to Guwahati for a business trip, I always choose HOTEL RAINS INN, because of its strategic location, impeccable service, great complimentary breakfast, excellent behaviour of all the staff and their flexibility in allowing check in/out beyond the given timeframe. The rooms are super clean, well equipped and very specious. I will recommend everyone to experience once their hospitality. Great job hotel rains inn

Decent hotel with good amenities. AC worked well. Bathroom was well stocked. Some water, Snacks (chips and candy), and Breakfast was complimentary. Service staff was polite and helpful but slow. Room wasn't ready until 2hr after check in time, and request for extra bed had to be made twice before being worked. In-house restaurant had good breakfast spread and okay taste. Quality of toiletries and linen was barely acceptable. Room size was good. In all, okay for the mid range price, though not a luxurious option. Location is in city center but in crowded narrow street.

As per location, it is superb, room service out standing, breakfast very healthy

THE Worst Hotel I ever Visited. Not even single star worth for this Hotel. We found many cockroaches in breakfast. Almost in all food insects found. Time we were above to take pics they took those bowls inside and re arranged same food in another bowl. Rooms also not so clean. Think twice before selecting this hotel. Find some sample pics

Never ever order food from their kitchen.old and kept in refrigerator food.Dal makhani smells like 1 year old.I throw that away.They are not accepting the same also.it was smelling like burnt oil.Too bad experience. 2nd day I left room at 8.30am and asked them to clean but when I reached I found they did nothing.room is as it was.pathetic..pathetic pathetic service.I will never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend anyone

Worst hotel which I have ever seen till date, rude staff and no service they provided, no taste in food, overall worst experience to stayed there, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone stay who visit Guwahati
