Quarto inn

It was such a horrible experience to stay in this hotel. We had booked two rooms, both of them were dirty, full of insects even on the bed, the wash basin was not clean, potty was sticking to the commode! Later at night we found it was having cockroaches as well! I understand the price range was medium, forget about the room size, amenities etc, at least we can expect cleanliness at that price!

Title: Total Rip-Off for 1100 - Don't Stay Here! I paid 1100 for a room here, and it was a complete disaster! Nothing worked as it should. The TV didn't even turn on, so it was just sitting there doing nothing. The fan had no speed control, so it was either blasting at full power or nothing - no in-between. And the air conditioner? It was stuck at 16degC, so the room was always warm and uncomfortable. This place was a waste of money and a huge disappointment. Save yourself the 1100 and stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests!

The owner had forgotten my booking , hairs in bed , no cleaning on the bed side , other things are good.

Outstanding service and quality. The owners have an attention to detail and care! I booked it for my Bride to be party. The place is very quiet and there isn't any disturbance, the food was provided on our choice.. We enjoyed a lot... Highly recommended for parties with friends...

I stayed at Quarto Inn for two days and two night. Therefore, my experience was disturbingly horrible. Basic hygiene was not maintained everywhere, everything was over priced. The old shabby dark room cost 1500 per night, one bowl of rice cost 60, one bowl of dal cost 70, and one bowl of veggies cost 60. The so called salad which comprised of 2 cut pieces of onion, 2 cut pieces of tomatoes, 2 green chillies cost 40. On top of that, the caretaker informed me at 9:30pm that there won't be any dinner. Hence, i rest my case.

The host is very hospitable and the place was good and clean..

...Everything is overprice.Room cost Rs 1500 per night, Veg thali cost around Rs 250. Caretaker is lazy, room maintainance was bad. Running water stops in the bathroom sometimes, no drinking water available.

Excellent service, smart and well behaved staff and a very hygienic environment. . . enjoyed my stay here. moreover, restaurant of the hotel offers various delicious dishes at a very reasonable price. . . One of the best reasonable priced hotel available in Guwahati. . .
