Nirvana Lodge

Booked a big room directly not through OYO. The AC in the main room was not working nor was the TV. On asking, they said it will take some time. And didn't resolve the issue. Had to stay in the hall on sofa. Worst experience ever, never going back, neither should anyone.

Do not choose this place. We were 6 people stayed in 3 rooms for a night. The rooms are really in pathetic condition toilets were broken, seapage literaly let's the paint and cements falling from wall. We saw 5 rooms and chose to adjust in 3 that to because it was late night and we were so tired to hunt for other hotels. We still faced issues with the rooms infact, the room did not have a key hence I could not lock my room from outside. The manager is so tricky, he denied check-in stating that there are no rooms left for Oyo. He asked me to cancel the booking and he did it with my phone and told the customer care that we met with an accident so we won't be reaching the hotel which means I wouldn't have got a refund if I could not provide a medical proof. So I argued and clearly wrote to Oyo that the manager denied check-in and insisted on an offline payment. I only liked that they did not charge any money for mineral water. & They do have a good parking space

Hotel owner was not aware about online booking. we had ro involve the organizer. Room conditions were not good. every room has some or other issue like no water at basin, broken tab at bathroom, curtain issue in all rooms, dirty pillow cases. The hotel is right at train station so one can not sleep due to train horn throughout the night. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IT.

1. worst hotel ever booked just to suffer entire night as there a railway main line next to the hotel where the train passes every 30mins which is enough to disturb ur sleep. 2. Dirty beds nd pillows. 3. Very narrow and dirty washroom. 4. If you still survive the mosquitoes will not sprare you. 5. 2 Hotel staffs who sits in reception are not well behaved and they tries to loot customers and if don't agree they will even raise their voice and argue with you. NEVER EVER VISIT THIS HOTEL. INFACT THERE MUST NOT BE ANY HOTEL NEXT TO RAILWAY LINE, DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT APPROVAL AND HOW OYO TIED UP WITH THEM.

This lodge is a NO NO for any family. 1) Under trained staff workers. No professionalism. Not their mistake because they were never trained or taught the basics. It is the owner of the lodge to be blamed. 2) Photos posted are when it was launched, but not maintained properly hence this shows false narrative 3) No proper dining options in and around the location. The lodge's kitchen is not hygiene and will not be maintained as there is no foot fall. 4) Wifi not provided 5) Cleanliness is worst 6) Hot water does not work 7) Staff never checks on the customer whether anything is required or any support needed. They are busy resting in their barracks and smoking and chewing tobbacco 8) Place is not properly lit hence looks like shady area

Worst hotel experience ever. Power outage occurred no inverter or no generator. Owner not picking up call now. Worst bathroom experience. Never take this hotel not even by mistake. We are regretting every second of this.

I had booked this hotel through bookings.com but reaching there i came to kw that they do not have any tie ups with bookings.com, oyo or fab. Hence be careful while booking with them. Reaching at 10pm traveling for the entire day I got this shock. But the staff managed for a room there. No kitchen available. Hence had to swigy my food at night 11pm. Cleanliness of the room was horrible. Stinky bed. Washroom ok. Parking available.

l staying there 2 days if you are couple then go for it sure because there so silent place but one more thing after few minutes back to back crossing the train that's sounds was so bad if you compromise that than go staff was good
