Pros, owner responded to text fast and polite and gave us good recommendations for sightseeing. But he stoped being as responsive when there was actual concerns. I usually don't write bad reviews as I like to let things go but staying at this place made us feel so uncomfortable . After 4 months travelling India we never had to deal with this kind of behaviour from a host , we left without staying our last night we paid for . Tips : If you're guest are expressing genuine concerns don't get defensive. I got abuse on the street outside from drunk young men, and the reaction in the text was focused on that I called you dude and not by your name instead of showing genuine concern for the issue. (Sorry I'm bad with names) When we talked in person you where still defensive rather than showing concern. Don't tell your guest all the time to go to your tea shop/cafe , asks once or twice is enough, no more. Respect your guest boundaries, don't scream Our names when we are in our room, trying to get our attention. If we wanted to chat we would be out or text you . If a women is lying on her bed alone dressed lightly and door Slightly open, it's not the right time to stand in the doorway and try to have a conversation. Warn guest your dogs will bark or might bite, before coming, I got bit although not hard, and no it was not playful. I know dogs. When you have guest walking out the door even when they paid for more nights don't start fumbling with money not giving the right change back you owe them from previous payment. You got a whole nights payment that we didn't use and the room is overpriced to begin with. It left us feeling used.

Kabitaloi a room filled with warmth, laughter, and love where every moment feels like home . Food quality is good, and partha da is genuinely very kind helping us lots of time, thank you so much...

A very Good stay indeed with clean n hygiene Rooms & A helpful Host

Had a great experience staying here. The owners are very polite and friendly. They showed great hospitality. The cafe is a bonus and there's a room delivery option too. That's great. Also it's away form the noisy Ghy environment while still being in the city. Overall it was a very pleasent stay. Would surely book again whenever I visit Ghy.

Stayed overnight with friends during a vacation, nice view from the balcony. Owner is humble and even called us to ask if we had dinner or wanted to order . Also, supported us with handing over the keys to the main gate midnight. Overall, a good stay with clean, hygienic and peaceful environment.

The rooms are pretty good but the location is a bit underwhelming otherwise everything is fine
