The marriage hall area and the air conditioned dining room is planned well. The rooms are neat and very well maintained. Big credit goes to the owners, managers and the support staffs. Very professional indeed! I recommend this venue. The Management gives their very best to look after the guests.

Worth the price for a night's stay. The in room dining service is good. Food is freshly prepared. Courteous staff. The location is slightly far from the railway stations, primarily due to the intense traffic on the roads.

Lovely budget friendly and prime location hotel. Good and honest staff and owners. Food takes long time to be served. Very good for short trips

It felt really good and safe to stay here.. alone. But the food service needs an improvement. I could only had bread butter eggs in breakfast. There's no other option available. Otherwise, it's a go to place in this area.

Hotel is mediocre in overall quality. There is still lot of room for improvement in regard to cooking, room quality and overall customer care and support. Your claim does not tally with your services. Reception staff is of very cold attitude which puts off visitors immediately. My suggestion is you have on hand experience on how 3-Star (as you claim yourself to be much to my dismay) and improve your service quality if you want visitors to repeat their stays at your place.

First of all, they are unprofessional, the receptionist's attitude towards us was very uncomfortable, he was like ''We provided you room so act accordingly''. And most disturbing and making us feel unsafe part was when, MIDNIGHT (AROUND 1:30), One of their staff came to give us blanket. (Seriously at this time , what they had been doing before) . Well, I opened the door and he said that there was only one blanket in the room, here's the another one THEN HE TOOK FEW STEPS AND PEEKED INSIDE OUR ROOM WITHOUT EVEN TAKING PERMISSION, WITHOUT THINKING THERE'S A FEMALE INSIDE THE ROOM and give the another blanket. I was literally controlling myself. Secondly, I had called their manager in the morning to acknowledge that we might get little delayed for our check out but no response. So, I slept. And 1 hr prior to check out they have been coming, ringing bells and saying check out time is near. They said they had been calling me and the landline of their hotel. So I said " My phone was on charge being silent and you landline, it's dead, even we also had tried to call your canteen." They don't even know if their landline is working. Pros: Room for which you paid Cons: majorly self-respect harm, lack of behaviour, etc

Best hotel out 5 Hotels I stayed in Assam.. managment is very good right from online booking till checkout and billing. In the city limits. Food was very tasty

Awesome experience...few days ago I went on a trip with my family and stayed there for few days and their hospitality and behaviour mesmerized me and they are sooo good and I highly recommend everyone to stay at their hotel for a comfortable stay
