Staying at this how was pleasant and comfortable. To room I'll give 4 out of 5. Rooms are but small but nicely clean. To room service I'll give 5 out of 5 and same goes for dinner we ordered was served promptly and hot. Taste was good.||I'll give 5 out of 5 for courteous behaviour of staff. ||Their is ample space of parking and lift is also available. Wheelchair parking is also available.||Easy connectivity to bus stand and train station.

Terrible place to stay for anyone, even if it is for one night. I made a mistake by booking this hotel based on the ratings shown here. I wish there was an option to provide negative ratings. The room was dirty with pan stains on the wall, dirty linen on the bed. To top it all we were given stale food. When asked why there was a foul smell emanating from the rice, the restaurant manager denied that there was any smell & expected us to eat it. Only after repeatedly asking him to check did he take it back to the kitchen & brought us a fresh bowl of rice. Never thought cooking a bowl of rice was so difficult!!

Service is very bad.. the ac inside the room was not working properly and even after telling them no response was given.. very poor room Service.. overall highly disappointed

The very first point is that i had arrived very early morning before my scheduled time and surprisingly the hotel reception staff was very considerate and accomodative . The rooms are cozy, nice, clean. Room services are quick and nice. Food is very tasty- the noodles which i had ordered was superb. The important aspects of this hotel- great parking space, nice location - close to railway station and GS road. Excellent cordial behaviour of all staff made my stay very pleasant.

They charged 20 rupees water bottle price 30 rupees,very bad they need extra gst on 40 rupees on 2 ltr water bottle 29 rupees above on the MRP, Manager behaviour is very rude.

I come every month to Guwahati for business trip for last 8 years. business stay location is good. Room price is reasonable. However maintenance and service is not good. Complimentry breakfast is of very bad quality. Hotel restaurant is very dirty, food is high priced..

After having a bad experience the previous night checked in this hotel. At 1500 INR it was value for money. The room was very clean and even the toilet. The bed was of very high quality. Had ordered food that was also very good and reasonable. It was just a night but enjoyed my stay and very very silent room. Will definitely go back
