Hotel ROYALE de CASA

Hotel is located on an extremely busy street, the road is always Jammed due to heavy traffic. Average hotel but comfortable room, had issue with the Ac throughout the stay. Staff is polite and well behaved & helpful. BF spread is quite average and nothing to write about. Overall average stay however due to limited options in small city, this is a decent hotel.

We stayed at this hotel with my 1.5-year-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is baby-friendly which made our stay very comfortable. From the bellboy to the restaurant staff and housekeeping team, everyone was polite, cooperative and welcoming. The restaurant staff were very cordial. Particularly a lady who attended during buffet breakfast. Got baby friendly food including boiled khichdi. One area for improvement could be the room lighting which could be brighter. Additionally, the placement of the refrigerator could be reconsidered for better accessibility. However, these are minor suggestions, and overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Had a pleasant stay at this premium property. The staff was disciplined and hospitable and arranged all amenities for us whenever asked. We were delighted with the restaurant which served wonderful delicacies. Its a thumbs up to anyone who wants a premium stay with a vintage vibe in the midst of the great Guwahati City. Looking forward to visit soon.

A wonderful place for parties and family get together.The staff is wonderful and ready to assist in any given time.The navratan pulao is the best you can have with mutton kosha.The caramel custard is absolutely awesome that you have craved for ages. Awesome food awesome service superb combination.Keep this intact rest is all good .

I recently visited Hotel ROYALE de CASA for an event and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-maintained and located conveniently on Beltola - Basistha Road, making it easily accessible. The food served during the event was delicious, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The banquet hall was spacious and well-equipped for hosting functions. Rooms appeared clean and comfortable, and the overall ambience was elegant yet welcoming. Truly a great place for both events and stay.

Had an overall good experience. Mr Ridip.D was very very courteous. Whether addressing special requests or resolving minor issues, he handled everything efficiently and with a smile.

I visited on 10/05/2025 to find out the price structure, but the receptionist told me that he would only tell me the price through email, but after 42 hours I didn't get any reply or any other details. Maybe they didn't importance to a single room taker. Totally dissatisfied with their service. They don't know how to behave.

A wonderful place for family time! The hospitality was top-notch, and the food was delightful. Highly recommend Royale de Casa, Guwahati for its excellent service and great management. A truly memorable experience! We really enjoyed a lot.
