Hotel Rodali Residency

In terms of hygiene, the hotel was good. However, during checkout, our bill included charges for items we did not order--likely due to a wrong entry. We were also told that the remaining advance balance would be settled during check-in, but at checkout, the receptionist gave excuses and did not refund it. It felt like an attempt to mislead or lure customers.

Service providers are into money as they know well we are from outside ... wish Ownner can cross the hotel condition what's happening inside

The security guard was professional, ensuring safety, but the receptionist and another staff member, possibly a manager, were unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. Their demeanor and communication style were disappointing, tarnishing the overall service experience. The staff behaved as if they were working a government job, displaying unprofessionalism and a lack of customer service skills. In light of this experience, I strongly recommend choosing alternative hotels over this establishment.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I visit to collect a parcel from my sister's friend turned into a regrettable ordeal due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff. Despite being there for a simple task, I was met with gossiping, arrogance, and a lack of professionalism. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend their service to anyone seeking a respectful and professional environment.

Absolutely disappointed. The receptionist guy was hard to deal with and their staff were lacking any professional demeanor with lacking communication skills. the room was exrremely cramped for the price. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room, Service, Location everything is good. Food is also tasty. One problem is there that lift is not working from parking floor that is ground floor. You have to carry your languages up to 1st floor, then only you can available lift facility. Check in and check out systems are good and quick enough. Overall a good stay.

1. The room was clean. 2. Room service was very poor. 3. If you order food in the room, be prepared for the wait of 1 and half hour. 4. They don't provide mineral water bottle daily until you ask for it. 5. Breakfast time is 8 to 10, if you reach restaurants near 9:45 am then it's difficult for you to get the food. If food will be there then "sab bilkul thanda hoga ". If you want to stay only then you can visit here.
