HOTEL PRINCE

"Don't judge a book by it's cover." - It's a perfect example of this hotel. Not even basic cleaness. Bedsheet & Blanket are not washed. Bathroom is unclean....found a dead cockroach. Smell of damp inside room and ask for room fresher. Taps are not good. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Bathrooms are not clean, showers are not working, bed sheets are not clean, very bad experience, Main 3 din hotel pe tha, my total bill was paid by my junior staff in a morning, sham ko mein bill lene gaya to... hotel reception staff puchta hain, kab payment kiya tha? GST paid kar diya? Kaun payment kiya? They haven't proper management, and proper documentation.

Avoid This Hotel - Worst Experience Ever! I had a terrible experience at Hotel Prince. The moment I entered, the manager's behavior was extremely rude and Mannerless --he acted as after seeing him, I felt like we had made a blender mistake booking that hotel. He has no manners when dealing with tourists, which completely ruined the check-in experience. To make things worse, there was no room service staff available, and the room was filthy. The bathroom was very dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our stay. The worst part: A gang of mosquitoes attacked us all at once, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. This hotel may look decent from the outside, but don't be fooled by its appearance. The owner seriously needs to replace the manager and improve the overall maintenance of the place. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Looks can be deceiving! From the outside, Hotel Prince in Paltan Bazar seems decent, but step inside, and it's a whole different story. The rooms were poorly maintained, cleanliness was clearly not a priority, and the atmosphere felt downright uncomfortable. Even the staff had a strange attitude--unhelpful and unfriendly. The only good thing about this place is its location, but honestly, that's not enough to make up for everything else. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Service very rude and arrogance. Rooms not clean especially Bed, requested several times to change Bedsheet but they refused, blanket smelly as well. Food are expensive too. Overall had a bad experienced.

The worst hotel with careless staff and service. The room which I was provided was not that good. I told them while checking in that I need warm water for bathing, upon entering the water heater was not working. The guy said we had no other rooms available which is false as they had many rooms. Next day they gave another room which had water heater for bathing. Other day when I asked for 2 buckets of hot water, they told that it is not possible, as if I asked gold or silver. Useless manager. They didn't even give water for drinking. No service of R.O.

The worst stay even if you're travelling for a day . The staff need training in manners and etiquette . The room service was very poor , Neither bedsheets nor pillows were changed nor even the room was swept . Even though any toiletry was not provided , the running water was not good overall not even worth 1 star . It was a total waste of money for the service they provide . The only positive aspect is it's locality

If you any other choice please stay back from this Hotel.I had my life's worst experience in their.First of all their is no clearance in the room.Second Some who the hell was the woman who was in my floor outside the door who's child were knocking at the door everything time after 10-15 minutes.Third - Is this a colony or what peoples were running from here to their Is this a kind of hotel or what ? I'm seriously saying If i keep saying slangs will come out of my mind... So i should stop... Honestly saying this Hotel doesn't even owned A Star.. Worst Day Of My Life... Warning Stay out of this Hotel... And Beware Of this kind of Hotel...
