Hotel Nakshatra

Poor quality.. we parked the car last night in hotel parking & next morning the car was totally damaged & the security manager was laughing upon us & Duty manager naming K Goswami was very rude saying that we had done this purposely. I would request everyone to kindly don't come to this hotel if you're having your own vehicle.

Service is very bad. It has deteriorated very much.... Room service very slow. Half the food items are not available. Confirmed gym available but none of the machines were working in gym. Overall very bad experience this time.

Worst experience. They charge like a 4 star but deserve only 1! Horrible breakfast

Everything was good except for the staff. It was the weirdest experience we had in this hotel. The person came with us in the room to keep the luggage and once we entered the room he locked the room from inside and kept talking and clearly indicating that he needs money. He didn't go until we paid him. They really need to teach some manners to their staff. Who the hell enters into the room and locks it? Greedy and unprofessional staff.

Good place to stay in Guwahati. The rooms are neat and food is good. The location is great as well. A little old property but good facilities

First Day They Charged me Breakfast, Early Morning i will Check-out i told, still Thay Charged my Breakfast 354 Rupees, Breakfast was included in My Room Tariff for Free, Morning In Reception 2 Guy Sit, They are Horrible, They Neglect, They don't behave well, They are Not Polite and Don't Respect Customer. They Tell Anything Saying it's Our Hotel Rule, Our Management Made this.

I had an incredibly bad experience at this hotel. As a solo woman traveling to Guwahati for a friend's wedding, I was shocked by the lack of safety and professionalism. As soon as I plugged in my laptop, the adapter sparked, burst, and caught fire. Alarmed, I immediately called room service to report the fire, but they directed me to housekeeping. When I tried calling housekeeping, no one picked up. Desperate, I contacted reception, and after being transferred to another call, an electrician finally arrived. This was a serious fire hazard that could have led to a major incident, yet the response was unacceptably slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to my safety. To make matters worse, when I complained about the issue, the staff blamed me, claiming it was all my fault. I requested a different room, but they refused to guarantee one. As I left the room, one of the staff made a derogatory comment, calling me a "problematic woman." Such unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This hotel is unsafe, and the staff is rude and dismissive. No matter how reasonable the price may seem, do not stay here. Your safety and dignity are not worth the

The hotel was good and the stay was also good. Food was not that good as compared to the price. Need improvement.
