The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend (Hotel Name) for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!.I just enjoyed the moment and the naturistic vibes in the hustle and bustle of the Guwahati City. #Jai Ai Axom.

The service is really poor. The bedsheet and pillow smelled really bad and when we said to change it they only changed the bedsheet but not the pillow cover. Later we asked for plate and spoon but they told us to get by yourself from the reception. Overall as a service industry the basic services were very bad.

Worst Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had the worst experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, everything was disappointing. There was no intercom, meaning every time I needed something, I had to go all the way to the reception. The service was terrible - staff were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in helping guests. But the worst part? The hotel listed a TV in the amenities, but it wasn't even recharged! What's the point of having a TV if you can't use it? When I asked the staff about it, they had no proper response and didn't even bother to fix it. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this hotel. It's not worth the money, and you'll only end up frustrated. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

I stayed in this hotel with family. The hotel was poorly maintained. The hotel room was very small and had no space for extra bed though I paid for that. Room service was also not good. In Menu, they offered pork along with other preparations so we could not take food here. Location was good. Overall worst experience.

Location is ok, service of staff is good. If they take care of bed linen it'll be more comfortable for guests. And my personal thanks to house keeping department, they kept lost and found item very safely.

The room was okay.. thanks good it had Ac. The heat of Gawahativwas killing. However I was surprised to know no wifi facility. Towels were not looking clean. We were given 5 rupees Margo soap which can cause skin infection. There is a adjoint hotel. But food was not so great but prices were hyoed like 5 star services. Lols. Hotel was in the middle of the city. The working dtaffs were good. But tyere was one person during tye checking, he was bit hefty defty was treating like we came on free service. He said u r lucky to get that room. After looking at all negetive reviews, I feel tht lucky to get a room with working Ac. But tgere was strong cigarette smell at night inside room. Online we booked for non smoking room.

The rooms are too small plus the bed sheets and blankets are dirty. There's lots of mosquitoes. The only postive thing I can say is the location of the hotel
