Big open spaces & parking space, in otherwise populated Beltola. Very near to bashistha chariali. Old building but spacious & Clean rooms!

Good service and reasonable price. The ambience and environment is also very positive. The owner Mr. Tapan Paul is also very helpful.

Affordable and very friendly owner. Easy to reach too. Recommended.

The worst hotel I have ever visited till now The manager of the hotel doesn't know how to behave with the customer and the food here is the worst the chief of this hotel don't know how to cook food.. I kindly request to the owner to fix this.

Hotel is okay staff is well mannered service is not so great. Food availability is not good. Quiet over priced . location is good as its on the maim road. Rooms are clean hot water is Available. Overall moderate experience. If Price was less would have given it a 5 star

Bathroom shower,tap does not Work and the water was dirty and the manager(buddha) does not behave well.

Worst experience ever..on 6th October noon I called the hotel receptionist for booking purpose,he told me that many AC rooms were available so he did not book a room for me, the next day when we came the other receptionist told all rooms were allotted and gave us a non AC room ,and also told that he was not responsible for this. so much disappointed with this behaviour as we were their regular customer and they alse knew us, today I have my exam so I went to the bathroom to freshen up and when I flushed all the shitts and water came over the komod ..so suck!! Food quality is also degraded. never expected this from a hotel where we came about 4/5times. They don't know how to retain regular customers.
