Hotel Green Valley

Very friendly staff with excellent hospitality. Good ambience either for family trip or official. Aakash is the most diligent person any issue he is there to help. Great going pls keep it up. Regards

We booked AC rooms. But AC was not working. Complained multiple times, but no repairment or reduction in room fair. Initially they told that water is free. But while check out they claimed that only 500 ml water bottle is free. They willingly sent all 1L water bottle. Moreover they took 30 rupees for 1L water bottle, which is 10 rupees more than its MRP. They also made a wrong over priced bill. Initially they told there's is no GST on food, but eventually they add up all. The room was very much unhygienic, with pungent smell and lot of mosquitos. The bedsheets were full of hair. The geyser was also not working. They didn't even provide the wifi password.

The hotel is very nice with warm welcoming and good service....... Breakfast was toooo good.... Akash who was there as a manager is also very good service

Very poor service, very bad smell, cocruch are every where, dirty water in bath room and they are looting invthe name of complementary breakfast

I made a mistake because I ignored the other reviews. Rooms were suffocating and humid. Dirty room and bathroom. The room was full of mosquitoes and insects, didn't able to sleep at night...The bathroom faucet and the toilet flush didn't work, they changed our room but almost same problems we faced . My daughter do not want to use the bathroom...Staffs turned off the geyser, when we complained then they turned on the switch, basically they want to save their hotel electric bill... The foods were too oily and kind of unhealthy. 0 maintenance property, owner is just interested for their income, not to provide good service to the costumers..... The shower and faucets in the washroom were constantly leaking and even after repeatedly informing the hotel management, they couldn't fix it! The bedsheets and towels were not clean, they only was able to provide two towels instead of four but couldn't able to use them because those were not clean...... Luckily we carried ours. They ignored most of the requests I believe because they have been told by their owner. Owner is basically from Punjab what we heard... The lift was like it can crash down and dirty. Never ever they want to clean the lift... Dirt is everywhere in that hotel... Very nasty.... It was a horrible experience for us. The only good thing is its location. Very unprofessional staff, they don't care for the guests. Such a horrible management. Owner is interested to run his business only, but do not want to provide any good services to costumers. Only money minded person. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and especially if you have kids and elderly people with you, don't stay there. Totally "Unhygienic" Hotel :(.

Rooms are not so clean, door lock was broken food service was unavailable on that time (14/04/2025)
