Absolutely Horrible - Worst Hotel Experience Ever This hotel is a complete disaster. I've never experienced such a pathetic level of service anywhere. Reception: The people at the front desk were rude, clueless, and totally unhelpful. It felt like they didn't even want guests there. No proper welcome, no information, just blank stares and bad attitude. Management: The management is a joke. Complaints go nowhere. It's like no one is in charge and no one cares. Room Service: Non-existent. You can call ten times and still get nothing. When something finally arrives (if it does), it's either wrong or disgusting. No Guidelines: There's zero communication. No clear info about anything - not check-in/check-out, not food, not facilities - absolutely nothing. You're left guessing. No Hygiene: The room was filthy. Dirty floors, smelly bathroom, stained sheets. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Totally unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall Service: Terrible across the board. The staff is untrained, unbothered, and incompetent. It felt like staying in a neglected dump, not a hotel. Do yourself a favor and never book this place. It was a total waste of money and a nightmare from start to finish. Stay far, far away.

Had a very poor and unpleasant experience there The behaviour of the manager was very bad. He was behaving very casually with the guests and even he was also mis treating and giving slangs to his fellow staffs. The rooms were too small and the prices were too high according to the standards. Also at check in he made us pay the full amount and while check out he stopped us and made us pay back the same amount saying that he didn't tell us that the room price was this low. Also the room they first offered us had leaks from the celling of the toilet which was made by plywood. It rained on our first day of visit and after a few drops of rain water was dripping from all over the ceiling and pungent smell of the rotten plywood took all over the room. Though later they changed our room but then priced double for that and started arguing

Regret after visiting thz hotel specially receptionist should know how to talk with the guests and when u check in plz see the time otherwise when u going to check out u gonna pay for next day also n bed sheets,pillow me everything very dirty very unhygienic hotel and lasty if u think wanna visit thz hotel think 10th times

The bed was filled with spots (most likely of something liquid) in all places. The pillows were also dirty. The blankets were smelly. Water in the sink was slightly brown as if mixed with mud. Behaviour of the staff at reception was annoying, like he doesn't care about anything once you've paid the price. I would've given negative stars, if not for the location. Never staying in it again.

The rooms are dirty. There's lots of mosquitoes even winter, plus the toilet smells horrible and the smell from the toilet even penetrates the bedroom, and the toilet has no hanger to hanger to hang your clothes. Had a horrible experience. Won't recommend it to anyone.

I n my father went for dine in for quick snack and tea but the experience was worst. I saw people fighting for bill payment, their behavior was very low. I didn't like it all.. I don't recommend this place at all..

horrible, disgusting, dirty, hell....can go on adding more adjectives. if there would have an option, i would have rated it in negative. Please never visit this living hell. Rude and unprofessional staff, dirty and noisy rooms, dirty and leaking bathrooms. absolutely disgusting.

My recent stay at a third-class hotel in Guwahati was disappointing, with poorly maintained rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, and unprofessional service. Despite the central location, the overall experience was not worth it.
