there is some issue with their agoda integration. They are not accepting agoda bookings. During checkin you will have to cancel that too on your own. Had to book direct after coordinating. One more family faced the same. Also, i had ordered snacks - they had very bad oil, must be reused, led to stomache issues. I would have been fine if they didnt charge for it after raising complaint. They have put Interns over frontdesk, unfortunately they dont know how to handle any situation.

Stayed for one night and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The room provided was in a deplorable state, with torn bed sheets and visible red stains, raising serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance standards. The service quality was abysmal, waiters talking rudely . Despite the exorbitant pricing, the overall experience failed to justify even a three-star rating. The complimentary breakfast was equally unsatisfactory, offering puri sabji and some fruits with very less alternative options--a stark deviation from the standards expected at this price point. This establishment is far from meeting basic hospitality standards, let alone being worth the premium charged. My experience was profoundly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking quality or value.

They need to change carpet or remove it completely. Extremely bad damp smell which can cause lung infection. They made this hotel 4 decades ago which now needs revamping. Every furniture is so old with smell that you would not like to sit on it. Carpet is full of stains with foul smell.

We recently faced a serious issue at Hotel Dynasty due to the lack of basic infrastructure, such as an elevator or a slope, which made it extremely difficult to move a cardiac patient from the ground floor. This raises major concerns about the hotel's accessibility and safety compliance. We request clarification on whether the hotel meets necessary infrastructure standards. If no resolution is provided, we may have to escalate the matter by filing a formal complaint to assess compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, we had requested a refund due to the inconvenience and risk involved, but it has not been considered. We urge the management to address this matter at the earliest and provide an appropriate resolution. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the "Four-Star" Label The hotel's location is quite inconvenient, situated in front of a narrow road with chaotic traffic, making it extremely difficult to bring a vehicle close to the property. We had an early checkout at 6:30 AM, but there was no staff available to assist with our luggage. We had to carry everything ourselves down the large flight of stairs at the entrance--definitely not what you expect from a four-star hotel. The cleanliness standards were shockingly poor. The entire hotel was dusty, which triggered my dust allergy as soon as I entered the room. The carpets were stained, the rooms looked old and poorly maintained, and the overall condition was far below acceptable standards. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi provision was terrible. The connection was weak and unreliable, making it extremely inconvenient for someone who relies on stable internet access during their stay. I was thoroughly disappointed, especially since I expected much better from a hotel advertised as four-star. I cannot recommend this place unless they seriously upgrade their cleanliness, service, and Wi-Fi standards.

Key Issues We Faced: Dusty Rooms The room was so dusty that my wife and I spent the entire night sneezing. It was impossible to relax in such an environment. Unhygienic Bedding The carpets, bed sheets, and quilt covers were visibly dirty. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable at any property, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. Poor Location The hotel is situated on a very crowded street, making it extremely difficult to get in and out during peak hours. The chaos completely takes away from the experience. Verdict: With such poor room conditions and an inconvenient location, this place is far from deserving its 4-star rating. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
