Hotel Divine View

Rooms are clean and well furnished... The hotel staff are polite and professional.... Also the hotel is situated at a very important location just adjacent to the Guwahati Railway Station just at walking distance... Autorickshaws, cabs are available always... We completed the Darshan of Mata Kamakhya while staying here... It was overall good experience... Thanks

An Exceptional Stay from Start to Finish! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was immediately impressed by the modern, elegant decor throughout the hotel. My room was immaculate, spacious, and offered a stunning view -- complete with all the comforts one could ask for.

Online and offline rates are different. In fact when you book offline it's cheaper. Rooms are clean. Three times I checked in , but not even for a single instance I was able to switch on the tv. Even if you check in at night (suppose 10 pm) your check out will be 12 noon next day. If you want to stay up to 5 pm to check out, you have to pay half of the room rent. Remember, staying beyond 5pm , you will be charged full room rent. No mercy at all. It means staying 10 pm to next day 10 pm you will be charged two days full charge.

! I had a terrible experience at this hotel! The reception staff were polite, but that's where the positives end! The rooms were and had on the bedsheets! The washrooms were ridiculously small--I could barely take a shower! Plus, ! I waited over an hour for food, and to make matters worse, I ended up getting ! And don't even get me started on room service; it took forever! I absolutely do recommend this hotel!

The experience in Hotel Divine View was not at all pleasant. On 18th Dec, 2024, we faced a shocking incident during breakfast time. Firstly, the breakfast was served almost 1.5 hours late and secondly the lady who came to serve the food told that there was a complementary omelette, wrapped in a nice foil paper, given to us along with our ordered food. When we opened it, we got utterly shocked to find a left over banana peel wrapped inside instead of the omelette. This really shows the irresponsible attitude of the hotel staff. Really got disappointed with the experience here. However, the service of the housekeeping staff was a prompt and efficient. Room quality was good but can be improved.

Well behaved and rooms are in well condition.... Employee s are gentle. Good experience. A employee Prava devi is so genuine and soft supportive one I met. Must come next time.

Excellent service given by 5th Floor reciptionist & all the male/female staff. It's been very pleasure & so comfortable to spend quality time. Special thanks to all staff of 5th floor Thank you so much for everything you provide with quality time. Hopefully we will visit next at your place
