Useless service, cockroach infested rooms, unfriendly staff. AC not working well. Food not great. So many hotels in paltan Bazaar. Been to Guwahati so many times. This is the first hotel I have been that is so pathetic. Will give a minus rating if possible but there's no chance to do so in Google.

I stayed there after seeing review. I don't know how people are rating good. I have got the room which cost around 16-17 hundred but I have got the room full with small and tiny insects and bed was full of Bedbugs . If you are going for this. Must cross check.

Wifi was not working since we entered the hotel. Requested them several times, they didn't even try to fix it. Just ignored saying it will get fixed automatically, what a behaviour. First receptionist's behaviour was good. Then came the second receptionist, worst behaviour from him. Also water heater was not working.

The room looks clean and are spacious. But the rooms are full of cockroaches and bugs. I came for some work and had to urgently stay just for a night as I had to board my train early morning. After switching off the lights, I was welcomed by cockroaches and they are everywhere. When I called for rescue, the head person told me that cockroaches on beds and rooms are norm, and was just worried about the payment. Instead of being sorry amd embarrased, this was the behaviour. Unfortunately cockroaches can move and I am sure the way things are here and how she spoke, cockroaches are present here in every room. No meaning of staying here as my sleep is already gone. Even the blanket cover is torn at places. I took the room only because of its location and it is not worth a penny, lest the hefty amount they charge.

This property is very close thr guwahati railway station. They have parking , lift and good rooms.

I think the room price is a little high but the service,room are so good

The room is full of cockroaches and bed bugs. In the middle of the night, I had to suffer and could not sleep the entire night as I found cockroaches comibg out of my bed. |On complaining, the head staff girl talked rudely saying cockroaches are very normal, as if they are ones obvious roommate in hotels. And she mentioned this being an excuse to avoid payment. |Mid of the night, I packed all my luggage so that cockroaches do not enter there. I have my train early morning and here I am dealing with cockroaches with no sleep. Worse experience. Review doesnt provide option for uploading videos otherwise I would have shown ample videos of cockroaches everywhere.

Hotel is located in a over congested area on top of a market place. We booked and paid for three super deluxe room, but hotel provide us only 2 super deluxe room and one normal ac room. so they cheated us, and the service quality were so bad, ac were not working, and they have adjusted by shifting room 3 times. Such a horrible experienced. This can be considered only for one night transient accommodation without family, but with families never think of.
