Hotel Atithi

5 star on all counts. Very good rooms, extremely good food, awesome staff overall and very good location. Only point we missed was outside view from room as it was facing duct area but that is insignificant as compared to overall experience. 4 star experience at 3 star prices. A must choose place if staying in Guwahati. Really loved it and will stay at Atithi in my next visit.

Hotel Athiti provides excellent service. It has spacious and well maintained rooms. The hotel is v clean and neat. Food is excellent. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful!! They make you feel at home. Ms Ranjitha and Mr Abishek are v v helpful and sweet.

I stayed for two days two nights . The staffs are too good. Most of the hotels charge for early check-in but they allowed me both the rooms . The breakfast was wonderful though we came late after visiting the temple and the plus point is they keep the breakfast on the room if we were late for breakfast. They even packed the breakfast next day as I have to check out earlier at 5 am. Over-all I liked all the hotel, staffs food, location, etc

The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and its location near the station and market was convenient. There's a decent restaurant and salon on-site. However, the rooms are quite dated and could benefit from better maintenance. We unfortunately encountered protruding nails in the flooring, requiring us to request a room change.

The best place to stay, and get pampered, as they have a beautiful sap too. the staff is so sweet and wonderful, that they will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Want to express more, but the best is that you make a visit and experience yourself the hospitality of Hotel Atithi.

I recently stayed at Hotel Atithi Guwahati and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving very late at night, my room was not ready upon check-in. To make matters worse, I was initially given a room that was already occupied, with the previous guest's large suitcases still inside. This was not only inconvenient but also quite unsettling. After finally getting into my room, my stay was only for 10 hours. Given the late check-in, I requested a mere 30-minute extension for check-out. Shockingly, this request was denied. I find it unreasonable and uncomfortable that the hotel could not accommodate such a small request, especially considering the circumstances of my late arrival and the initial mix-up with the room. This Hotel is in a middle of the market. Difficult to navigate and park. Room is just average , price is high , staff behavior is ridiculous. Food was just OK. Overall, my experience at Hotel Aithi was disappointing, and I hope the management will reconsider their policies to better accommodate guests in the future.

Excellent staff especially on Reception and at the Restaurant. Mr Bimandas was particularly helpful and went out of the way. Rooms need little upgrade - not value for money one pays. No shower curtain, slightly stuffy as you check in ( airconditioner not ket on). Hope it gets improved. Service more than make up for some of the stated shortcomings

A very delightful stay it has been. They have made my stay and the celebration of my engagement ceremony a blissful experience. The food and service is commendable.
