Hotel Aroma

Near Guwahati railway station. Very very Dirty. Room, toilet all are dirty. Will never stay here again. Not recommended.

Hotel room and Service Very Bad ,Their use and not so good , The bed is not so comfortable ,Not every day cleansed Rome.

It's a hotel preferred by force and defence personnel going home or coming back for the purpose you can understand. These mens were roaming in underwear from one room to another because of obvious reason.

Verry verry dirty pilow bathroom not clean

The worst experience that I ever had in my entire life was staying with hotel aroma. When I was about to check in he ask me my aadhar card and I told him that I will send him through watsapp but he ignore me saying you have to go out and take a Xerox copy, which means he doesn't want me to use his printer for one A4 size paper.. In website pics and the real was just a fake as that useless as manner less and unfit to be call as old manager, gain some good reviews to get more occupied rooms daily.. Never trust an employee don't respect guest they will be the first priority to ruin your hotel.. To be frank if you want to run a hotel please remove this uneducated and un wellbeing mannered old manager He can't see clearly neither speak English poor fellow pity on him.. Until and unless you change your behaviour every guest that comes in your hotel will be against you uncle..

The hotel is one of the most clumsy and dirty hotel in PaltanBazar.... Also bedsheet, pillow cover are very nasty. Toilet is too much dirty with mosquito. Staffs are average. Manager is very arrogant. Overl all 1 rating.

The worst service anyone can get, the rooms was like a toilet, although i got rooms in 1000, 3 occupency but in terms cleanness i would not like to rate anything, the status of beds was like someone had peed on bed and lots of stains that i cant write here. Talking about the bathroom status, it was out of mind service, lots of insects were roming, it was one of the bad decisions i ever made in taking rooms in hotel aroma.

Plz read this before paying I prefer to sleep in railways station rather than this hotel, the room and toilet is so dirty i paid 700 for one night and the room was worst. Bedsheet is full of dust. The worst part is that the toilet is do dirty so plzz don't book in this hotel
