Fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

It was a normal room. No water heater working. After complaint about geyser to the rooms service person another room key received and asked to only use for bathing where inside that new room only geyser works all other lights fans everything shuts down at all times. It was a overall not good for family stay.

I recently stayed at the Hotel in Guwahati with my family and I must say, it was absolutely a great experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, specially the manager Mr. Rabha was so kind and a gentleman. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Overall was a great hotel to be in, must do visit.

I have booked 13 rooms in their hotel in 2024 August. Until our vehicle reach their property they havent even informed us that the vehicle will not go till the hotel as the road work is going on. From that moment onwards we started facing the worst part of their management without any help offering 26 ladies to walk through the mud to reach their hotel. And their rooms smelled smoke and weed and not at all all fresh as their staff were using the rooms. 20 of us checked out the place that moment itself and the rest stayed as they dont have any option. Then came their Dinner menu, very costly and not worth a penny. I strongly suggest not to book this place and not to make a fool of your self and your money

I have booked a Fab Hotel property for the first time and this would be my last as well. The room images shown under the property was just opposite of what we received, the rooms were shabby, the flush was not working, the bed sheets had cigrette stains, the carpets were filthy, overall it was horrific! We did partial payment in advance and checked in late and informed the same at the property. Still the reception person Deepjoy at Anurag Residency misbehaved with us saying "itni late chech in karoge toh asae hoga nah" & was shouting, spoke I'll mannerly & charged extra money for another room. Overall it was a very pathetic experience as a traveller. I would not book & recommend a fab property to anyone. It was not at all FAB!!

One of the Worst place to be. We had booked 4 rooms on double occupancy, but being there personally the condition of the rooms were so dirty and uncleaned. We said we are not cheking in and refund our payment which was done. The owner dint showed up and said telephonically that he won't refund the money paid. OK, we accepted that but further requested him to give us the bill for one day which we have paid for. For that aslo the owner denied saying come tommorw to pick up the bill and we won't get it today. We moved out and took another room on the way to airport. The very next day we tried getting in touch with the Owner for the bill but he denied and later was not even responding to calls. We just asked for the bills for which we had already paid for and in which we din even checked in the room due to unhealthy and hypothetical condition of the rooms. Requesting not to books rooms looking at those pics posted on site. Hope this message is read by the owner.

I visited here with my wife for our darshan at maa kamakhaya temple and i must say we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The guy named rabha is a great guy who helped us with everything , from giving us directions to guiding us for our visits in tourist places. Fablous team ! Do visit
