Exotic Villa Homestay

Terrible experience staying here. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. There were spider nets all over. The property is not maintained at all. The caretaker guy was drunk when we reached in the evening. The bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket were full of dust. There were insects and cockroaches in the room. The location is good.

Date :- 03/03/2025 Really bad experience I came from Dibrugarh and they demand more money then the actual price. Even though I already paid the amount but they were demanding more. 1st of all I already informed them that we'll checking earlier as we reached guwahati early in the morning and I don't know any known place they told me that the our room is full now so if there's another room available they'll gave that to us for some time but as we reached their they told us extra room is available and if I want to take rest then I'll have to pay extra 400 otherwise I'll have to wait in the reception for 4hrs after then they'll provide me my room. I agreed to pay 400 at that time and I paid 500 in advance but at the time of check out when I cleared all room bills they start demanding more 400Rs. Really very bad experience if you're coming from other city and especially if you're a girl/women they'll try to loot you and harrassed you for money. DON'T GO THERE

Very well behaved stuff & room is very cosy. Value for money . Highly recommended for couples as they will feel very safe there .

Rooms are very old snd bed is very thin and the bedsheets were not completely clean. There are also many mosquitoes in this area and the balcony door was left wide open before we came so there were many mosquitoes inside. Also booking.com said there will be 2 double beds in delux room but they gave us only one. Building is very old, don't be fooled by the reviews, I will not recommend this place!

Very good homestay in the mid of the city. It can be accessed though GMC area by Rajgarh road or you can acess through chandmari area. Very old exotic buliding maintained very well. All rooms are maintained and food facilities also available. Outside food is allowed and care taker is very nice. Checkin time you can adjust as per your convenience. Price is reasonable. U can feel the old exotic feeling in this homestay.

One of the great Homestay properties in Guwahati. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The property itself is very quiet and safe. No real noise from traffic or others! The caretakers are extremely helpful and courteous. Pricing is also very decent and if you are looking for a Homestay for long durations, this is a very good choice! Caretakers will also cook up a nice breakfast for you on chargeable basis. All in all this Homestay is worth the price and very affordable. My go to choice in Guwahati.

Excellent hospitality by the care taker Rontu, food made by him was delicious and with taste of home, a.c room tariff was also very much affordable, location very good. Rooms are spacious.|Only some of the wood work of the rooms need to be repared.
