Collection O 12447 Uzan Bazar

You can have a great stay here. Rooms are good. Interior and accessories are also cool. Overall I had a great day here. Staff are very responsive. Room services are also good. But only disappointed things I had noticed that they don't provide water bottle as other flagship Oyo and TV was not working that day. When I asked them then they told me that Oyo didn't provide their recharge. You need to upgrade it. People need TV when they were alone or nothing to do anything.

They have centralised water heater. But no hot water came to us. We stayed just for two days. We complained both the days. They said there is a leakage issue first and later said it will come. But no hot water came till we left. Rooms are renovated and got complimentry breakfast. OYO terms and service is good especially for Early check-in and Late check-out facility with nominal charges.

The Service worst than any hotel I have ever seen. Then do not allow outside foods but there own kitchen food is too bad in taste. This one is completely value less for money. I won't recommend anyone. They've putted a wrong location to attract people. But the hotel is near a big drain canal

The rooms are good but as we booked through oyo so there was some weird confusion during checkin which lead to a sour experience in that case but overall the rooms and complimentary breakfast was good

Very bad experience, booked a room at oyo 12447 uzan bazar and went to the property just to find out that they've changed the property's name and that you have to book the property again, subjected to availability. The prices are higher and they don't let you know this beforehand. The hotel was good but the check in experience with OYO was the worst. OYO services are degrading day by day. There seems to be no prior connectivity between the property manager and OYO, due to which the clients have to suffer.

Worst experience. I was told by the receptionist that line and pillow covers and also cable connection was not available so I cannot provide you with the room. I had to than relocate to another property of oyo for which I had to wait for an hour and it was such an inconvenience.

I'm still staying here since past 3 days. Very poor room service. TV not recharged even after multiple complaints. If you order a tea here, it gets served in hours.

Room is good and spacious (that's the only pros) Linens are dirty,bathroom fittiy are broken,room service is below average, location is semi remote,problem response is below average. This is a good propey with bad maintenance and management. If it had a good management it could have become a good option.
