Hospitality is very good. Rooms were very clean with all the ammenties mentioned like books, a table and chair , electric kettles, a small jar of cookies, water campers in every room. Food was very tasty and the prices were also very reasonable. We checkout out at 8pm but they didn't take any extra charge for that. So overall a very good experience.

Superb location..Rooms are quite big and spacious.All the rooms are exceptional. The house itself is very very beautiful. The owner has managed this property very well. All around the house are neat n clean. We had a peace n pleasant stay over there. Definitely recommended for staying there.

My rating is not for stay but poor approach. We booked a room and afterwards the owner asked us to go to nearby place which he claimed was his place in addition to regular homestay. when we reached the location, it seemed not correct location. We ended up wasting an hour in traffic and then manage to find another hotel which was good.

We are staying in Alpanest past a month. It's a very good stay like home, food is healthy and less spicy masala and it's true home food and hygiene . Good hospitality and highly recommended for families and single female stay.
