It's clean and fine but no parking place for four wheeler. No balcony or free space. Just good for a night stay in a beautiful and convenient location. No traffic jams, no noises and near Brahmaputra river for a nice morning/evening walk.

Worst experience after online booking they have denied to give the room while i have updated on call, they are greedy person. They will give your reserved room if someone paying extra.

Rated it as per pricing. Rooms are clean, but not too spacious, not airy, AC was there to make you feel chilled. But a spacious airy room is more preferable for me, so as there were no windows in the rooms it's a big downside for me. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

The place is nice but the room quality needs to be improved. Especially the bathroom,

3rd class services, no invoice bill provide by the hotel owner and misbehave with the customers

If there was a star of negative I would have preferred that. Basically booked this property for my parents for their Kamakhya Temple trip. It's beyond pathetic. Not complaining about the location but the services oh my god. There is no room boy available. Owner told room boy has gone home. No backup. Not even a cup/glass kept in room. And if at all you would need anything, there is no one in the entire apartment for the help. No owner, no helper, no room boy. He keeps the gates closed and bikes placed all over the entrance making it difficult for the old people to enter or exit. My parents wanted to leave the hotel at 5am for early darshan but the gate is locked, called the owner 10 times, he picked up after 30 mins and came to unlock the gate. The washroom gets clogged and becomes a swimming pool if one person has taken bath. Images put here are a scam. It is nothing of such type. Rest things could have been managed if the owner had the brains to keep a room boy for the service. There is one though, who comes and goes by his own will. No one actually spot him. Service and Location really awesome. For the caretaker was really friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in. You might have to get out of room to get fresh air if alloted with the middle one and didn't get food service but that made us try the amazing outlets nearby which was really nice.

The place is nested in a converted ground floor of a house with three rooms. The positives are located in the heart of the city with nearby cafes and restaurants. The downside is that the rooms and the place lacks any sort of ventilation and natural light this causes weird smell surrounds the place which could be unpleasant If you can cope with it then its definitely recommended.
