Hotel Neexotica Guwahati

We went in for lunch. Located very near to Gopinath Bordoloi International airport, Guwahati is an ideal night stay if your flight originates early in the morning from the airport. The ground floor has the restaurant and upper floors have the rooms. We ordered Assamese thalis with chicken. Food was served without delay and was hot. Preparation was good and services were excellent. Adequate parking is available. Wash rooms are decent. Online payment is accepted. Worth a try.

I don't even want to rate zero for this hotel.... My humble advice to all please please never choose this hotel... It's a hard earned money we are spending... The rooms are very dirty, the dirty fans, non cooling ACs.. The bed sheets looks so dirty and what they said was, it's the stain which can't be removed even after washing, than why the hell it this dirty sheet being used.... Sleeping on the bed was itchy.. Electricity was out, they didn't even run the generator.. The boy said they have permission to run generator for only 3 hrs... Mosquito are there in some rooms... Very very bad experience...

I had a great experience there. Staff People are so polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and upto the mark. Bedsheets, blankets, pillows are clean and without stains. I didn't find hotel before which is so clean and maintained. I would really like to recommend this place for your stay and a great experience. Call on hotel number to book rooms there. Special Note: Mr Moon haque staff there he is very polite and professional. He will help you in problem related to stay analysing all possible options. Thankyou.

Breaking Bad! One of the poorest and cheapest servicing hotel I have ever experienced in this hotel. Manger were to harsh, they don't pay any attention or take into consideration about customer opinion. Every customer need to check out before 1 hour and even to seat/spend for few mins in waiting room need to pay extra amount, haha I'm giving one star in order to accomplish this criteria to comment.

The hotel provides really good service within a small budget. We happened to meet the owner and his behaviour was so polite. All the staff members were polite as well. A very nice and pleasant experience overall. Totally recommended!

I will think twice before giving ZERO star also. Worst hotel experience I have gone through. On the name of hotel they are just playing with the guest. Kindly avoid this place if you are willing to explore Guwahati.

Worst customer service! Very rude and doesn't care about the issue they made.

The hotel is not good. There were multiple power cuts and it was full of mosquitoes. The bed was a bit dirty. It was very uncomfortable.
