New city Resort

Smelly rooms. Unending cigarette smell in the rooms. Looks like people book the rooms only for booze. The staff does not seem to care. Water not provided. Not complimentary it seems. No electric kettle provided. Just a bare minimum room for an exorbitant price. Pls avoid booking if you want a peaceful stay.

Poor cleanliness.Found leftover cigarette butts in the bathroom. Drinking water was not provided, and the geyser is shared between two adjacent rooms, which is inconvenient. To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes inside the room, making the stay uncomfortable. These rooms are not suitable for families. If you value your peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Food is worst.. The utensils were not at all clean they served tasteless dal makhani ...overpriced and totally waste of money and time... will never visit again!!

I was there for lunch . Poor quality: Food that is stale, poorly prepared, or tasteless. Lack of hygiene: Unclean dining areas or food contamination. Limited options: Very few or repetitive food choices, especially if they fail to cater to dietary restrictions. Overpriced food: Poor value for the quality or portion sizes. Long wait times: Slow service, even for simple orders. Unfriendly staff: Rude or inattentive service in the restaurant.

Service is fine but food was cold and appeared to be stale and tasteless . The drinking glasses were stinking despite being replaced

This resort is also a food joint and gave us some decent fare. On the way to Kaziranga forest on the highway this resort has roo.s as well as eatery.

Never ever eat here. Basic food is not cooked well . How can someone make a horrible paneer tikka curry? Chicken was half cooked.. Prices as high as a star hotel..service was worst ever we experienced. When asked for food the waiter shouted saying it will take 30-40 mins and we should be patient

First I thought it was good. Worst mistake ever! It is the worst restaurant/resort I have ever been to! I went at night with my family to eat... French Fries were half cooked and tasted disgusting. Chicken curry was half raw. It was like still alive. The rice was fine. The place was ok. Ducks and Rabbits were there. A park for kids. But the food was so bad . I vomited after coming home. I don't recommend coming here at all!!!
