Mayfair Spring Valley Resort, Guwahati

One of the finest resort experiences in India. A massive property about an hours drive from Guwahati Airport. We had booked 3 executive rooms. Check in and check out experience was smooth and they had our rooms ready for our early check in at 9 am. Mr. Samiran Das, DGM Operations was exceptional. We celebrated a special event for our family and Mr.Das went out of his way to ensure that every request was taken off. One of the most customer focussed and pleasant managers I have ever seen. He was always available and was everywhere to be seen, whether breakfast, lunch, dinner, at the spa, bar, recreational facilities etc. Rooms are larger than your normal 5 star hotel rooms and can overlook the hills or the pools. They are well appointed with all modern amenities including, wifi, mini bar, bath tub, shower, a large smart tv etc. Currently the only downside I would say is the lack of a number of f&b outlets. Only one restaurant and bar is operational and seems rather small for the number of rooms this property has, in fact they are constructing a new wing as we speak. Am sure they will add more outlets in the future. That said there can be no complaint about the quality of food and service. Every thing was top notch and served with a smile. All in all a fantastic experience.

The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.||||The food was a highlight of our experience. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared with a wide range of options that catered to different tastes. From traditional Assamese dishes to continental delicacies, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, and the live counters added a delightful touch.||||The resort's tranquil ambiance, combined with top-notch service and excellent dining, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with premium hospitality.

Awsome property. Best in guwahati. Room was spacious clean and hygenic. Kids play zone was good too and the best part was the brrakfast loads of varities and yummy food. Will definently try to visit again. My kid enjoyed a lot. Thank you Samiran ji

Very thoughtfully built beautiful property. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. Sangita at the reception desk was very friendly. The only negative is that the carpets are not practical as the humid, muddy, and wet Assam environment makes it extremely difficult to keep it clean even with regular vacuum cleaning. The staff should also be better trained to pay attention to details. The toilet is expected to be spotlessly clean.

Wonderful experience during Sunday brunch at Bayleaf restaurant... We have a booking of 6 person from a family .|There is a lavish spreads of brunch with different options of food items . we have guided by Mr. Samiran Das , who is the DGM here and shown us the property.. His Hospitality and Passionate is truly appreciated and professionalism . we really like the property very much . The hospitality and the service at bayleaf restaurant is highly appreciated.. The behaviour and the politeness of the restaurant staff is really recommendable..| Will visit soon....

Mayfair Spring Valley Resort in Guwahati is a lovely getaway surrounded by greenery. The rooms are fantastic--spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food is delicious, and the staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Once you're inside, the resort has everything you need, so you don't feel like stepping out. The pool is a highlight--it's big, beautiful, and overlooks the Tea Gardens, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. It's a great place to unwind and feel close to nature while being pampered with amazing hospitality!

Just back from Mayfair Resort Guwahati and the vibe is absolutely fantastic! Seriously, the ambience is top-notch - the kind of place you just want to soak in. While the wallet might feel a tiny bit lighter after the meal (it's priced on the higher side), the overall experience, especially with family and kids, makes it totally worth considering. Even on a rainy day, there's plenty to keep everyone happy. Huge plus for the ample parking and the super convenient assisted parking (they even offer rides around the property!). Definitely check out the photos - this green oasis is a must-visit if you're looking for a great spot to grab food and drinks with the whole crew. Didn't explore the accommodation, but the Google Maps directions were spot on. Highly recommend! NB - there's a typo in the uploaded images which I couldn't correct 8(.. it's smooky not spooky

We had an excellent and comfortable stay and the resort staff were really hospitable and prompt under the leadership of Mr. Samiran Das- DGM-Operations- MayFair Guwahati. The overall ambience, the restaurant and the food was absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to visiting again.
