MAHESWAR LAND: A RIVERINE TOURIST RESORT

The home stay is located in a quiet nature surrounded place.Host is friendly. the rooms are with just basic amenities, bathroom is small with average cleaning. Food was average. Not much worth the money.

Terrible experience--avoid this stay! I booked through Agoda, but the owner refused to honor the reservation, leaving me stranded and searching for alternative accommodations. He offered unconvincing excuses, making the situation even more frustrating. This was by far the worst experience I've had. He was arguing with the clients.

Location wasn't bad. It's a quiet and peaceful residential area. Just that the road is pretty narrow. The music festival field is some 19-20 kms from the place. Service was good overall. The people were good. The rooms that we were staying could be improved. Like a basin in the bathroom. The bathroom door didn't close.

Had an amazing experience here. The huts were spacious and comfortable. They're made according different tribes' architecture. The hospitality was also really good and fits well within budget. The host also helped us with many places we could visit around in Majuli. Definitely recommended.

It is a really good place and very near to the Goramur satra at the heart of Majuli. The place has some really nice views and you could experience the village life of Majuli. Came here during the Raz festival time. Majuli gets really busy and you need to book very early. The quality of the place needs to improve and it is time for maintenance, especially for the bamboo cottages.

Great value for price. The advice we received from the owner regarding sightseeing was special and provided us with a great experience. Tried to charge us a little bit too much to drive us to the ferry but I guess that's the Indian way. As other people mentioned the food isn't cheap but it does taste very good. All in all we had an amazing time in Majuli and can recommend this place. Thank you
