HOTEL RONEE PLAZA, Bapujinagar

Rooms are best in entire lower Assam area even I can say you can hardly find out in Guwahati also. Foods costly but tasty.

We, a group of 18 Retired Senior Defence and Civil Service officers were in the hotel for the night of 11th November. We booked 18 rooms of the hotel from 11 Nov to 12 Nov 2024 to celebrate the commencement of the Golden jubilee celebrations of Sainik School, Goalpara, which is on the 12th Nov 2024. We found all the rooms were kept in the high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The personnel in the front desk and the workers were very polite and respectful and responsive. Special mention of the Manager, Mr Chetri and Mr Pradhan, who went out of way to make us comfortable. We had an amazing evening in the open space next to the Restaurant. One can have a comfortable stay in this hotel.

The hotel refused checkin just because it was late. Spoke to the hotel after repeated calls and a sleepy attender told us, it will open at 6 in the morning.

Good place for a night halt at Goalpara

Food quality and taste not good..

Very high tarrif compared to the rooms. My first room had no ceiling fan & no AC. Only a wall fan. Washroom was not good. The 2nd room given (@2800.00 per day) had a bit bigger bathroom but full water logging in it. It had a TV, but it is out of order. Waiter said to "watch mobile" since TV can't be made OK. Food is tasty but too expensive. I asked for a sandwich in the morning, but they said "there is no bread" !!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Rooms are good. Services not good. Had to ask everything instead proactively provided basic amenities like towel, soap, water etc. Food and rooms both are overpriced as per the area and locality. At 10.30 am they said no to the breakfast. Overall not satisfied

The only decent restaurant in bapujinagar. Food is okayish little pricy and they don't have much variety. The stay is way costly compare to the city ( cost of living). AC room will cost u 3000 buck/night which is insane!!!
