Hotel Park Royal & Landmark Restaurant

Worst restaurant which i have ever visited in my life, least customer friendly and greets gusts as their slave, i suggest people not to choose this restaurant.

Please don't go... One of the worst hotel I ever went .. no proper dealings to the customers...

Unresponsive reception....called multiple times didn't responded

Great place to chill and enjoy with friends. Parking space is a little small but available. Wheel chair entrance is also available. Lift is also available. Can dine in. Can pack food if leftovers are there. Night stay is also available here. Food is great. Even the staff are also very generous. Food price is average, not so high but not so low also. All together the place is very good and I recommend you to try it atleast once.

Very bad service, they promise one thing, do not deliver. Very late in service. Room fixtures are broken or not working. Please see and compare the average customer ratings of this one and other alternatives. There IS a reason for the decrease. Don't fall for complementary breakfast option, it is just a single item and limited quantity only.

It was really very surprising that a small town has such a good clean hotel with big rooms and bathroom. Restuarant is good sans its chinese preparations, veg options are fine. Housekeeping is attentive but only issue is its slow service and hot water system which needs improvement.

It was an average experience..the place is good and the hotel at first glance is good too..but the overall experience is dampened by the quality of room service ,quality of linen,and toiletries. Our plates and dishes from first day's lunch were only taken from outside our doors the next day afternoon only after we reported of it. The room was otherwise big,clean and bathroom was clean.
