HOTEL A G PALACE

We had booked a room at your hotel for our parents, aged 78 and 68, as they were visiting Duliajan for a wedding. Despite having relatives in the area, we opted for a hotel stay to ensure their comfort. For over a month, we personally coordinated with the manager and specifically requested a good-quality room with a geyser facility. Before check-in, we finalized the booking at Rs. 2800 with the assurance that these requirements would be met. However, upon arrival, they were given a single-bedded room without a geyser. It was only after our relatives visited and raised concerns that the room was changed. This reflects a very casual and unprofessional approach from the management, which is highly disappointing. Such service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with elderly guests and pre-confirmed arrangements. We hope the hotel takes necessary steps to improve its service and ensure better coordination in the future.

Lost in the Digital Dark Ages: Forget browsing the web, forget checking emails, forget even attempting to use social media. This troglodyte establishment boasts absolutely NO INTERNET. No Wi-Fi, no dial-up (gasp!), not even carrier pigeons delivering messages. Prepare to be utterly disconnected, which wouldn't be so bad if the staff...||Staff? More Like Staffed with Skeletons: The employees seem to have wandered in from a horror movie. Enthusiastic about customer service? Not a chance. Helpful? Less likely than finding a working lightbulb in my room (which, by the way, I didn't). Prepare to be treated with the indifference of a week-old sandwich.||A Monumental Money Munching Machine: The only thing bigger than my disappointment was the price tag. This hotel is a shameless wallet-vampire, sucking out your hard-earned cash for an experience that wouldn't impress a roach.||In Conclusion: A Nightmare You Can't Wake Up From

This hotel was a nightmare! They charged me a corporate rate, but then stuck me in a standard room because they didn't have any corporate rooms left. To top it all off, the room had NO Wi-Fi, the staff was useless, and there was even a lizard living there! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! One star is still good for this hotel as per experience.

A G PALACE is best in all respects in terms of service, rooms, staff, location, food choices, comfort, value for money. I would recommend for everyone who visits Duliajan. Best wi-fi. Enjoy. Dr Kaila
