Comparatively Fair enough and cheapest with respect to the price and location. Don't expect too high, otherwise look for other expensive hotels. We faced no problem staying 2 days there.

Budget hotel with good facilities. Attached restaurant. Offline rates are lower than online rates.

I was forced to stay here because there were no rooms available in other hotels. Never would I wish such a calamity on my worst enemy. The walls were stained and paint flaking; the bedsheets were stained with God knows what; I had to struggle to enter the bathroom because my body recoiled at the in-sanitised state; eating food in the room was a troubling experience because had to stop myself from barfing. If I could give it less than 0 stars I would. To top all these lists, the price were exorbitant!

Room was nice ,food was good, staff behaviour was also good but cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall a great place to stay when come to duliajan

Room is clean but water reservoir was broken. The most horrified thing was happened when after opening door while returning, saw a spider... such a BIG spider never saw before!!! However, room service took action immediately. Service is good, only you have to call from your mobile, room telephone wasn't working. Food is a bit of spicy but tasty. Reception and room service boy behavior is gentle. Oh, changing of towel and soap.... not happened in my three days staying.

The hotel owner has foul mouth, has no ettiquetes. He doesn't know how to respect a customer and behave with a lady. I respect the beliefs of an individual but can not tolerate the cheap mentality of these mean people. I will never ever recommend this hotel if a traveller has little bit of self respect. If I talk about the rooms they are poorly maintained. I found all sorts of insects there. Even if I ignore them, how can I ignore the bed that was nicely arranged with the stool of the innocent insects. And I am pretty sure no one would like to take bath from soiled and dirty buckets and mugs. I can't explain more about the horrible experiences That I had there. I really mourn over the fact that I had to stay there for my official work. Good luck.

Location is good, food is good , staff is good , but cleaning is not good , everyday I found 4-5 cockroaches alive moving on bed and on the floor of my room, even in the bathrooms...... Inside cleaning is worst ...... In food they use too much refined oil, occasionally I eat the food served there , and whenever I take food , I get stomach pain or vomiting like feelings.....

Nice place for a wedding or birthday party or annaprashanna etc. Here plate system is offered so you need not take tension for shopping of food items. The only thing it lacks is it is a bit warm inside. Proper ventilation or installation of AC will help I suppose.
